Even though this is a refurbished unit, it looks like new and was clean. The only thing lacking was an ear bud for chat.

This is a significant upgrade from the PS3. It is very fast and has many automatic features to the OS that make it easy to stay on top of updates and reduce the long download/install wait times that plagued the PS3. Great graphics and the background sounds of the home screen make me feel like I should be in a spa.

Bought this because i broke my other one. I love it and have had it since they first came out. Nothing else to say!

This game was purchased for my nephews for Christmas and they absolutely love it! I am forever their favorite!!!

I'm always a little weary about refurbished items, but this one works great. Had one time where it froze up, but did all the system updates and have had no problems since. Came with all cords. Controller is gently used but you can't really tell. The battery life is still great on it.

I bought this ps4 as a refurbished item, and I would not have been able to tell the difference between this product and a new one. I picked it up in store, and was ready the same day I ordered it. It plays great, and have had absolutely no problems in the first two months of owning it. Great buy.

The only issue we have had was with the HDMI cable. It needed replaced after less than two months. I contacted the company and they said this was common.

After reviewing the system specifications and being on the fence, I eventually gave in and bought the system. The system was in pristine condition with no flaws whatsoever. The games play flawlessly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it.
