I love the PS4! I have owned Playstation consoles my entire life, but recently tried out the Xbox One and was underwhelmed, so I went with the PS4 (I had still been using my PS3 up until this point). I absolutely love it! The graphics are phenomenal, the controller is extremely comfortable, and the interface is very nice. My only complaint is that the controllers wear a lot more frequently with the PS4 than the older models. Because the analog sticks are a softer rubber, they tend to wear down quickly in spaces you put your fingers for long periods of time.

I've been waiting for the slim to come out for awhile now and I've had it now for about a month. The slim is very quite and when playing a game u can barely tell that it's on because it's so quite. The slim fits about anywhere and hooking it up is quick and easy. If your looking to buy a ps4 don't buy the old version buy the slim it's smaller quite and comes with the new ps4 redesign controller.

If there is ever a time to drop your cash on PS4, it is now! The PS4 is a powerhouse. The slim is substantially smaller sitting next to my Xbox One so it is very space-friendly to your entertainment console. Though I don't think the Slim can stand vertically, it's so tiny it can nearly fit anywhere it wants. Very impressive that Sony took the same guts and ponies and stuck it in a smaller form factor. The system is dead quiet, a far cry from the turbine-loud PS3 days. I would say if you haven't took the plunge on a PS4, this package deal is a steal. I don't have a 4K TV, and I don't really mind not having one just yet, so the PS4 Pro wasn't really appealing to me- saving the money and getting Uncharted sounded better! I do miss the sleek piano black of the old PS3 and wish the slim took after that but the matte black doesn't look bad. The ports are bare bones so don't expect to be sticking anything in there except a USB stick and charging your controller. I don't need to tell you about the graphics as you'll probably be looking that up elsewhere. I do that then current price is a bargain!

My son bought a PS4 several years ago, and we've all had a great time with it. Then he took it to college, and I spent quite a while researching what to do for home. It was a real toss up between the new XBox, the PS4 Slim , and the PS4 Pro. In the end it came down to already having lots of PS4 games, no issues with the PS4, an XBox 360 with the red light of death (i.e. not working), and the ability to interop with my son's PS4 online. So PS4 won over XBox, then I had to choose between the Slim and the Pro. Because of the price difference and the fact that the VR cost another $400, I went with the Slim and used the money saved to get a new Sony headset that uses a USB dongle instead of optical out plus some more games. And now the real review: the PS4 Slim made the graphics of older games ridiculously better on top of being smaller and more efficient. The clarity is incredible. Love it, happy I made the choice of the Slim over the Pro, cant wait for more time to game.

This slim version offer all the same specs as the old ps4 in a smaller package. Since there was nothing wrong with the old version to begin with, is a really good deal for the price. Plus it includes Uncharted 4, one of the best games i have played in a long time.

Bought this for my son who is in his early teens. Easy set up. Great graphics and a lot of fun to play. The console is thin so it slips under the tv nicely. Another nice feature is he can't get onto his account without me signing into a master account first.

I purchased the PS4 slim version, and I couldnt be more pleased. The system has fantastic functionality, outstanding graphics, and is easy to use and enjoy. The game options are plentiful. Only notable thing, is the system naturally runs rather hot, so its important to keep it well ventilated, as probably cramming it into a small space could prove troublesome. Other than that the system is very quiet, and looks sleek. Lastly, if rumors about particular releases of certain video games are to be believed, I could then easily say, through personal opinion, the PS4 is the absolute best system in the gaming industry ever to be created, as every game I could possibly ever want to play would be on one beautiful, high quality system! Even if said rumors arent true, the PS4 is still, through my own personal opinion, easily one of the best systems in history.

Get this instead of the Xbox. Playstation is better in so many ways. For one, no more batteries for the controller. Plus depending on the game, the controller can be an interactive part of your experience. The Playstation downloads any updates that you may need while in sleeping mode or while you are playing the game. You cant play on the Xbox while it is downloading. You can also pay a monthly subscription to have hundreds of games that are available to download and play. I feel the set up for the Playstation is a lot smoother, a lot less time and less difficult. Also, the load times are short and you can keep applications open to be able to access multiple items at a fast rate. This will he very helpful if you have kids. Overall, I would buy the Playstation. Less headache, more options, kid friendly and all around just a better, well made system.

We were out at the Best Buy in St Petersburg, Florida for this PlayStation 4 Console Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Bundle. It also came with 2 other free games, for $249 which was the best deal around for Black Friday. Once inside the store we were able to find what we wanted and it was not crowded at all. Once we got the bundle with the extra 2 games we were in line and out of the store within 20 minutes. Not bad at all for a huge sale day like Black Friday. The PS4 console itself is small and lightweight. Easy to find a place for it in my daughters room. Easy to hook up and setup/game play time was less than 10 minutes. She is super happy with the gift with the bundle price she was definitely able to get more games.

I gave it 5 stars because it delivers on what it intends to do. I won't rate it lower for what it can't do since it was not intended as such. The same as I would not give a low rating to a Honda Accord because it wasn't as luxurious as a Mercedes Benz. I'm going to rate it for reliability and value (and I must say, improved looks). In comparison, the new console is -- I'd say -- 20% lighter & looks 33% smaller. Overall build is nice. I also prefer the matte finish. Can't speak about it's reliability as only time will tell. The drive's noise level seems the same as the Day 1 PS4 but also not a factor for me as I play mostly digital games. The price is good -- $299 with one of it's finest games, Uncharted 4 bundled in.

Bought it for my daughter and she loves it so far nice slim design great price awesome graphics easy to use will be up grading to two controllers and camera to explore its potential

I'm not much of a gamer but I do love the Batman Arkham games. I was a bit skeptical about spending a lot of money on a console for one game but with my vacation coming I decided to take a dive and get it. I inserted Uncharted 4 just to see how things looked and boy was I impressed. Not only were the graphics amazing but once testing out the Uncharted game, I was hooked on it. I honestly could not move on to the Arkham Knight game without finishing Uncharted 4. Also beats the fact that I was walking by once and saw Uncharted 4 game for $60 alone so getting a console and the Uncharted 4 game are very worth the buy. You wont be disappointed!

I bought three games with this, The Last of Us, Uncharted 4 and The Last Guardian. All three highlight the propensity that Playstation 4 games have to tell a comprehensive and lasting story, enhanced by brilliant graphics and landscapes. This Playstation system has become an essential part of my home entertainment system. Aside from games, I also use it to watch movies through Netflix and Amazon. It's easy to set up and use and I was impressed with how quickly Best Buy was able to get it to me, despite being a Black Friday purchase. Highly recommend to others, and would definitely suggest getting it through Best Buy like I did.

The system looks great, performs great, but it isn't quite as good as the original PS4, it's missing the digital optical out. If you're an audiophile, I recommend the PS4 pro. With that being said, this is still a great piece of hardware and the price can't be beat, especially when it's bundled with such a great game in Uncharted 4.

I absolutely love my PS4 and playing games has become one of my favorite hobbies. I've always loved video games but have not owned a gaming system before and I'm glad the PS4 was my first. This bundle is one of the best priced ones out there.

Bought this for my hubby as an Xmas gift as he was still playing his PS3 .. he is a huge fan of the uncharted series and hadn't been able to play 4 bc he needed to update his console. Needless to say, he already finished the game. He can not stop talking about the awesome graphics from the console itself and he loved he gameplay of the uncharted 4 game. PS4 is small and slim compared to the first version, which is fantastic. Didn't come with the stand to put it sideways but other than that, Best Buy! (Lol- pun intended)

I purchased this system on Black Friday and got a killer deal! I have owned all Playstation consoles and this is by far the best system Sony has made. I've always owned the original system and never the slim but I absolutely love it! It is compact yet still holds a lot of power to provide excellent performance. Definitely happy with my PS4! Still have yet to play the Uncharted 4 game but I have played the other games in the series and they haven't failed in captivating me yet. I'm sure this won't be any different.
