Same great PS4 platform with additional performance enhancements is great. Pairing this up with RDR2 is an even smarter choice by Sony. This game makes the system shine compared to the regular PS4. Still using a 1080P and I have no complaints. Don’t be afraid to pick this up even if you don’t have a 4K display yet.

My original PS4 had the bluetooth go bad. I needed a new system and the Pro combined with Red Dead is a great value. I like the PS4 Pro. It seems to run smoothly.

After having an older version of the PlayStation, it was nice to upgrade to the newer one. Game play is seamless, more colorful and no lag like my older one.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. Almost got the regular PS4 but figured I might as well splurge since I knew this is what he really wanted. Getting the game with it is a huge plus since he wanted the game anyway and it wasn’t any extra. He says the screen quality is great. There’s so many PS4 games available to us now and I’ve been playing it a lot more than I thought I would too! Also to squash some rumors that were holding me back from purchasing, you can totally watch Blu Rays on this- just not in 4K, which I don’t really care about. Overall a good buy!

Worth it if you have a 4K TV or if you just enjoy a faster performing console. Future proof yourself and pick up the PS4 Pro over the PS4 Slim.

I've had an original model of the PS4 since 2015-ish. Even after disassembling the PS4, the fans would sound like a jet engine when I played a game like Red Dead Redemption 2. So I traded my old PS4 in and got this Pro. No more jet engine. Granted the fans do spin up in Red Dead but not as much. If you currently don't have a PS4, I'd definitely go with a PS4 pro (get a bundle if you can). If you already have an original PS4, it might be worth the upgrade if you play your PS4 a lot.

Super silent and looks amazing in 4K. Had the old model ps4 but decided to upgrade and this one is just much better in graphics and FPS.

This console has my seal of approval. The graphics, space and run speeds are all marked improvements on an already fantastic console.

Not as much lag now compared to my other PS4s. We updated all our systems now to the PS4 Pro and it made a difference for all of us.

There is no annoying lagging and the graphics are the best every. No one would be disappointed with either the system or the game.

Really happy with the upgrade. I had a first year ps4 and had been on the fence about upgrading to a pro for some time. Red Dead was the perfect opportunity to upgrade! This model is significantly more quiet than my first year model. Some games would make it sound like my playstation wanted to take off but this new PS4 pro is much more quiet and handles the games well. My only complaint is it is not full 4k gaming but thats not a big deal as the visual quality is still stunning on my 4k tv,.

Just upgraded to this new PS4 and definitely not disappointed! Fast to load, great graphics and more storage than before.

The PS4 has an amazing picture on our 4k TV and the Red Dead Redemption 2 has great graphics and a lot of fun to play.

Game has great narrative and excellent graphics. Most beneficial difference Pro offers to me is the 1 TB of space.
