The PS4 Pro seems to have a lot of issues going in. I constantly have connection issues and the 4K/60 FPS that it’s supposed to reach is literally unnoticeable. “Red Dead Redemtion II” is solid 6/10.

I bought my ps4 pro form best buy 3 months ago was immediately underwhelmed by the product in general then 3 months after purchasing my ps4 has already had to be sent back for servicing

When I bought this system they told me that it would play 4k uhd movies. That is a lie. Very dissatisfied with it. They told me another lie. They need to get their stuff together.

Just picked this system up yesterday. It won't play blu-ray discs. I get an error code CE-35485-5. I've tested this blu-ray on my other player and works fine. No help from Sony.

We only bought it because my children wanted to play the new spiderman game Looking at it I thought it was 4k play and it's only 4k streaming in movies and games I think

I bought it thinking I could watch 4K movies with it but apparently you can’t. Seems kind of ridiculous to pay so much for a device that can’t even read 4K dvds...

In the middle of playing, the screen would go black. No audio no screen. Then it would go back on. Changed hdmi cable and tv but it still kept occurring. 15 day return policy JUST passed so I’m now dealing with Sony. Spent about 30 minutes with Sony customer service and they said it’s an internal problem so I have to mail it in and it will take more than week to get it back. When it works, it’s great but I’m very disappointed that such an expensive item can be broken so soon.

I the short time that we have owned this, it has been glitching to a white screen. Don’t know if an update will fix, but the game is sweet!!!

The instructions are really poor for someone who is unfamiliar with PlayStation and how the controller interacts with the various games

This playstation i bought was defective and wouldnt read disc.

Bluetooth works, charging ports work, buttons are convenient. But I’m not sure if it’s just me or if anyone else experienced this, but as the rpms in my car go up so does the volume of an extremely irritating electronic buzzing sound from all of my speakers. Only reason I haven’t returned it was because of the price I paid I can deal with the irritation.

I ordered my game , and paid for my game , and they sent me my game . Everything was all good .

Haven't owned this thing for two years and the HDD is failing. Doesn't matter how well I took care of the thing, I've been hit with another expense on a gaming system. It's an absolute shame that the Playstation 2 is more durable than the PS3 and PS4. I have no hope for the PS5.

Ive got the most recent ps4 pro and it's plagued with problems. Mainly the connection to the Hdmi ports. Ive only been able to play after the PS warms up. Normally it black screens repeatedly throughout the entire game. As a side note LG tried to tell me it was the hdmi cord that I was using was insufficient and wanted me to buy a $90 special hdmi cord (wouldn't have helped). I did some research and the Playstation 4 of models is plagued with this issue. It's a soldering issue and sony refuses to do anything to fix the issue. I own a Xbox One X and never have had any of these issues using the same 4K UHD connections as the PS4 PRO

I purchased the PS4 Pro open box for $25.00 saving in price. When unboxing it, dead roaches were in the packaging and the console was scratched and looked used. After plugging it up, the and trying it on two different televisions and power outlets, the PS4 did not come on. So I packed it back up and returned it. Customer service refunded me and stated that based off the aesthetics of the console it should not have not been up for sale not to mention the roaches and the system not working. Very disappointed in Best Buy after many years of loyalty.

The game is horrible. We all expected the controls to be poor, especially the gun play control scheme, but this offering is a total fail.

Used to play on a daily basis for a few hours a day. Worked great for the first year. About a month after my first year, stoppped connecting to wifi. Took it to a place to fix it, since the warranty was up, they were going to charge 200 bucks. Decided to leave it be and just wait till the ps5 comes out. Buy the extended warranty.
