Best Buy did a great job with pain free purchase on an item that was very hard to find anywhere else. Everything about this purchase was excellent. It was my first time doing curbside pickup and it was great. I was literally in the parking lot less then 10 minutes. The woman who came out with it was so nice. This was a late Christmas present for my 15 year old. He loves it! He says it has lightning fast loading speeds. Graphics are gorgeous. You can play old games as well as new. The controls are awesome! No complaints. We did buy an extra control so two can play. Or one to charge while one is in use. And be patient with set up. It took us at least and hour to set up, because of our internet download speeds. But no delays while playing.

The load times are amazing and i love using the controller feels great in the hands. Only negative I have is how big the machine is … like its huge , like a mini atx pc or something.

Absolutely love the PS5! Graphics are incredible and load times are almost instant. Make sure you have room in your entertainment center since this console is a little bulky. Would definitely recommend to any gamer.

I have owned many game consoles over the years, including all of the PlayStations, lots of Nintendo, some of the Xboxs and a lot of old generation systems as well. I have had this system since launch day and it has been a blast so far, even the free game Astro's Playroom that is installed on the system was really fun to play. The system is virtually silent when running (finally!) has a pretty decent line up games for having just come out. The controller is beyond amazing, the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers definitely make the games feel more alive than in past generations. I hope all consoles going forward have these features! Can't wait for more PS5 only games to come out for it!

I was an avid PC gamer, went from a PS1 to building PCs then fast forward today, got a PS5. This thing is beautiful. Mind you though, it is BIG! Like the console is quite big than what I thought based from the photos. Aside from that chunky exterior, it’s a great device to play on. Now, I don’t have any experiences with Xbox so I might be way off to the left. This thing runs without hiccups as far as I’ve played. Graphics are presented really well specially for those PS5 games. Pair it with a great 4k TV, you’re off to a beautiful start! As far as gaming goes, I love it! Though I wish I could play some PS1 games like Castlevania: SOTN.

Amazing console. 4k@120 looks gorgeous, the new controller is super immersive. The system is very quick an menus are snappy. Load times are suoer fast. Makes my ps4 games play and look better. Cant recomend it enough.

I have been waiting this generation of consola more than the last one. Specially the SSD and 120 FPS, this is that make it different from the last generation. I have been PlayStation gamer since PS2 and I’m really glad how Sony showed me again why I like so much to play PS. And, the design is just perfect totally different than the other. Also, I want to say thanks to BestBuy because they always have everything I want in stock I know a lot of people we’re trying to buy this console, but on side it was easy in the second try I could accomplish my purchase it. I totally recommend this console and usually skip the first one but I couldn’t resist to have it. I’m really glad with new game station to play that games I love.

Best purchase I've made this year. The speed of the load time and the graphics combine that with new controller which i did know would make so much of a difference in gameplay. I'm happy with everything so far.

Amazing product!, however not much of a difference between the previous generation (the PlayStation 4) and the PlayStation 5. Although expensive, worth the money and was very easy to buy from Best Buy!

Nice system. Great graphics. Load times definitely have improved. I haven’t experienced any of the crashing or loud fan issues I’ve heard other ppl have. Console is much larger in size than previous ones.

I am so happy that I purchased this new PlayStation 5, I like the new look to the system. Everything so far has worked perfectly. The loading of the games I purchased to go with my new PlayStation 5 load so much faster then my last system(PlayStation 4), the graphics on the new system is just amazing. So far everything about my new PlayStation 5 is great. I’m very happy with the amount of space I now have on this system, saving, resting, and powering off the system is quick and easy. I am very happy with my PlayStation 5 purchase, and I highly recommend this new PlayStation 5 system to everyone that likes playing video games, and that wants the best experience thay can get.

Im very impressed with its performance. The graphics & gameplay are top-notch. Load times/screens are a thing of the past. The new controller adds a feel to games that you just have to try for yourself.

The PS5 is hands down the best gaming console to ever hit the market. The graphics of the PS5 are breath taking. You can see fine details and shadows and contrasts like never before on PlayStation products. The system is so FAST also! No long waits for a game to load up. The new controller is fantastic and really feels extremely high quality in the hands. My girlfriend can not stop playing Assasins Creed Valhalla on tbe PS5! She loves it! I would 100% recommended the PlayStation PS5 console to anyone. The only thing we had to do that was slightly abnormal was put the PS5 behind our TV so it could stay as cool and get as much air as possible. You don’t want to run your PS5 and restrict air flow.

Better capability and performance over PS4. The best next gen console. Only get this if you know you’re set on getting digital games only.

I’ve been around electronics for a while and have seen many different consuls platforms and other games my experience with the PlayStation five from the design of the consult and the ability to customize the frame down to the sensitivity and the interactivity of the controller I have no doubts in my mind that the long wait to be able to own one was worth it and in my opinion the PlayStation five has no equal I applaud us Sony developers for all of the time and effort they put into developing this next generation gaming consult and I look forward to seeing the games that come next

The PlayStation 5 is amazing! It’s 100% exceeds my super high expectations. The graphics that this console produces are nothing short of outstanding, and the system runs flawlessly and the new controller is AWESOME! Hats off to PlayStation for the amazing console (as always) and thanks BEST BUY for giving me the opportunity to get a launch PS5! It was such a fun experience to obtain this console I’ll never forget it! We were in line outside BB before 6 AM and there was people already ahead of us in line for pickup on launch day at our local Best Buy! @BestBuy so happy with my purchase! I just bought some more items from Best Buy to accommodate our new PS5! Keep Up the great work!!

Great pick up and buying experience. Not much need to be said about the PS5- it’s great. But Best buy made the process much easier
