This is a great camera, I just have not used it since purchased. I used it the first two days then it has been disconnected since there are no games yet to put this camera to use. I purchased it ahead of time since I'm planning on getting the VR headset and this camera is required for it. So I'm still waiting to use it. It does have face recognition for logging in and build in microphone, however I have a PS4 headset that I used for that. So great camera for future use, just not now. I did purchase it at a sale price, so it was worth preparing ahead.

I actually enjoy using the camera. Especially with the fact that I can speak wirelessly without a head set. There are so many other great features about the camera. It also has face recognition.

It's a good camera and it's entertaining to log in by standing there and holding the controller up but it's usually easier to just select your profile with the controller unless you happen to be standing in front of it at the time. Not many games take advantage of the camera so it doesn't have a whole lot of use so far but I'm hoping in the future more games will make some use of it. I was hoping the newest WWE game would have a face scanning feature for a create-a-superstar but unfortunately it does it a completely different way.

easy to setup, works great! What I like most about it is: no headphones!! the built-in mic picks up my voice very good from across the room, and all sound/chat comes through the Stereo/TV Speakers. And now I can do things like broadcast on Twitch

The camera/mic has so many uses from scanning Ur face for creatin characters in games to signing in by face recognition and much much more like online communication during games with Ur buddies or long distance video chat on the network

It's a great camera just wished there was more uses for it. The reason why I got it was because I had some reward credits and did not know what to purchase. I used it once or twice.

Great idea, bad planning...too bad they don't have enough games to make it a real need...I got it on sale so I can't complain too much...hopefully in the future it will have more use.

I mainly use the camera to voice control the ps4 and use as a microphone when playing online. The camera quality could be better. Just make sure you have enough light and it does well

The camera was very easy to setup right out of the box, plug and play. Works great for live streaming, I use another microphone not the built in one so I can't attest to how well that works. Not much else to say, it's just a camera after all!

Picked this baby up on sale. Was worth every penny. Fits perfectly on top of my Panasonic plasma. I would recommend getting one. It can double as a microphone too - so you don't have tp put a headset on to chat with friends. Pretty awesome!

Good camera. Seems to be very accurate. I use a head set to communicate with friends online, but tried just the camera once and my friends said they could hear me loud and clear.

after the sony update that had some additional voice features i decided it was a good time to get the camera. works ok, picks up voice just fine, but needs a TON of light to work properly. i also have and xb1 with kinnect and that works way better. but for the price it was good. it's cheaper on amazon and if you show them the site as long as it's sold by amazon and not a third party they will match the price so i saved like 17 bucks.

The quality on the Playstation Camera isn't terrible and it's definitely recommended for those interested in streaming from their PS4. It can serve as a microphone if you don't have a headset, and you can use it for voice commands.

This is a great camera for the PS4. Been using it over a week now and it works well. Also a bit of a bonus it doesn't use USB so you can still have something else in the USB slot.

the camera was easy to install and has a good quality picture. however i found that there is not enough games to make proper use of it and Skype is not available on the PS4

The camera and mic work great. The drawback is there that is not many uses for it yet. There are some cool little robots you can download that look like they are in the room with you and can be interacted with. You can also use it as a mic when communicate with our on-line players, but I prefer a headset so you don't have to talk so loud. Overall it is cool accessory and hopefully Sony will expand it's features in future games.

I am impressed with the camera's accuracy visually. It also does a really fine job with voice commands. The only downside is the limited game selection for use with the camera.

Setup was a breeze. The camera works way better than using the Just Dance 2016 app. It picks up the move controllers flawlessly and has good quality video even in low light. Can be used for live streaming also. Twitch or Ustream.

there aren't that many games that require camera or integrate use of it. So camera is not really needed at the moment. They should make camera be used for games like kinet.

You can't go wrong with this little add on, the voice command works well and if your used to voice command you already know the short comings. Just enjoy the technology.
