Great product if you are looking for a vr system. I just never use it anymore. Sometimes hard to get set up.

Expected it to be more virtual there are a few cool experiences but a person who is not really a gamer Not worth the money

Bought for my son as his Xmas gift. He loves it and plays most of the time over other gaming consoles.

It okay and the controllers sometimes don’t do right , but the games are fun.

Wait til you get specials . Paying $349+tx is way too much

I don’t know if it was faulty...so much problems with calibration every movement we made had To recalibrate we gave up with the frustration n took it back thank goodness we got the protection plan or else we would of been out of so much money

i was not pleased with the way the store handled the purchase. it was late coming iin. they had know idea when it would get there.

Previously tried the Oculus Rift at the store. I had low expectations for the PSVR. Now that I have played it, the PSVR is great for the price point. A bit more pixelated but I don't notice as much once I start playing. The Beat Saber game is really fun. You may want to stretch before hand because you will get a workout with it. Tips: 1. For those that wear glasses, consider buying aftermarket spacers or make some yourself. If the lenses are too close while you have the headset on, it can be easy to scratch the lens on both the PSVR and your glasses. If you feel too much pressure pushing on your glasses, your lens may be touching the PSVR lens. Farsighted eyeglass wearers may not need to wear their eyeglasses while playing. 2. Use a mat such as a puzzle gym mat or textured thick fabric to use as the play area. If using fabric, fold the edges in and tape them so the players will know when they have stepped off the play area. This will help you have a safer experience with the PSVR. 3. The PSVR can be used while someone else is watching their favorite shows on the TV. 4. The PSVR has 3 different screen settings. The setting when shipped is Medium. You can change this setting at any time in the Settings>Device>PSVR menu.

The bundle arrived with NO games, physical or download code. The sensors aren't picking up my hands most of the time. The video keeps jumping around when i'm not moving. I called best buy and they told me to return this and get a different bundle. I ordered this specific bundle for the two games it comes with. I just want one that works, and the games its supposed to come with. Is that too much to ask?

Really was let down by the visuals the clarity of the screen was trash. I’m returning it and will never buy again.

Bought the product with 2 year geek accidental replacement warranty but to my disappointment We brought the product in due to defect but they don’t have replacement part. Now we are at loss even with the warranty. They want me to buy a new product and be reimburse. Not happy with the service

it works ok but most of the games designed for it are poorly designed.

I buy this game for mother day we won't be able to use it because it was no cable for the power I went to the store and they want me to buy the cable very disappointed

I bought the psvr bundle when it was $250 and for that price you get a new way of playing games. The first time i put the psvr on i tried it with gran turismo sport and it was really amazing, i felt like i was literally inside of a ferrari. Dont listen to the people that say that it doesnt have good graphics, you are transported to a virtual word and the reactions are priceless. Also you can use it for watching youtube , both normal and 360 degrees videos, and it works with netflix too. If you want a new experience in videogame , this is it.

So I've always been skeptical that a VR system would provide video quality worth having. I must say though, after reading several reviews, I purchased this for my husbands birthday. That moment of first placing the headset on to see what it looked like, definitely did not disappoint. The quality was better than I expected and the Beat Saber (my favorite now of course) game is amazing! Great purchase. I also experienced the original bundle price of $350, and Best Buy did not hesitate to offer me a credit for the price drop to $250. Excellent product, excellent guest service. I'll be doing most of my holiday shopping right here at Best Buy!

I bought this for mys lf for Christmas and it was the best purchase I ever made. The VR is amazing and the games included are super fun. I hope the make more of these soon

I love playstation, but they charge way too much for their products now. I only purchased a vr to do something different with my fiance. We both have playstations, which we play in different rooms. It was nice to play vr together. Ps4 vr is AMAZING, it feels like you're in the game.

I have had a lot of fun with this after receiving it for Christmas. The handles are a bit glitchy sometimes but are not too much of a problem. I've become addicted to beat saber, and it is super fun playing with my family
