Best VR for a PlayStation game console... Lol! Not the best, but the best for it's price and the selection of games.

The PSVR is amazing. Very easy to setup and comfortable to wear. Skyrim’s graphics take a hit, but this bundle is the best value out of all of them.

If you played this game on any other platform, you'll quickly notice that this is not the same experience. There are so many things they could have done better to improve the experience, and help it live up to or exceed what we have come to enjoy from the previous versions, and bought countless times on countless platforms to relive. PS4 DualShock 4 controller support should have been integrated as an alternate control option. If Sony limited their potential on this, which I can see having happened, they shouldn't have worked with them to release it in the first place unless they were willing to put in work to circumvent the drawbacks. The Move controllers have no joysticks and you can't remap buttons in this version, moving around in this game is so limited that by default you are literally forced to use a gimmicky teleportation adaptation to movement, which makes it almost impossible to have a intuitive hack and slash fighting experience basically forcing you to use magic and ranged weapons; gradual movement is hidden in a menu that you have to find under VR settings so that you CAN WALK. The fastest speed you can set the gradual movement to is somewhere close to halfway between walking and running in the other versions of the game, and you literally can't run. Think of your field of view as a top view pie diagram cut into 6-8 sections. With the VR headset, you can maybe stretch about 3/4 of the way to the left and right adjacent sections to view those areas, but your range of movement is locked to your current section. If you strain really hard or play standing up you can turn all the way around, but in order to move in those directions, you have to use the X and O buttons on the right Move controller, which have different functions from same buttons on the left Move controller (confusing) to snap your range of movement to the next section in either direction. In doing so, it also jolts your field of view to a relevant appropriation from the previous section you were occupying, causing unavoidable motion sickness (and I'm not one to get motion sickness, this is my first experience with it). From a normal perspective of any standard game or the home menu, the headset itself has no way to adjust the visual blur without readjusting the entire headset and anything out side of your focal point is blurred naturally, within the actual game it's even worse. If you have glasses like me, and don't use contacts, you're stuck using them inside of the headset since you can't adjust the lens blur. Long play sessions will inevitably cause eye strain and in combination with any headset will press glasses into your eyes/into the lenses (scratching them)/ or into your temples. I've had better VR experiences (in better resolution even) on my Samsung Gear VR MOBILE HEADSET. The general image quality is comparable to something like cut scenes out of Final Fantasy 7 for the original PlayStation with aliasing being a HUGE contributor, any objects further than an arms reach away are almost completely void of distinguishable detail. If not for the ability to use spells and swords freely without restriction, this game wouldn't even be worth playing for longer than half an hour just to poke enemies to death or shoot spells in ridiculous directions; I would never consider an actual play through of this game in this format. Oh, and mods are not allowed in this version, so you have no way of fixing anything....highly considering returning this entire package and investing in other interests.

I was very skeptical in VR and thought it was no more than a gimmick. VR i great. If you aren't a graphics snob it is an amazing experience. The setup works well once you iron out any kinks in the setup. I initially had issues with reflections from some photos on the wall. Once I sorted this out it works great. Skyrim is a blast once you get used to the controls. I've purchased and played several other VR games and have been having a blast. It is expensive, but it is more economical than building a high end computer and buying one other VR setups.

I've had everyone that comes by try out my new VR set up. From my friends in their early 20s to my father in his mid 60s. They all have a good time with it. Elder Scrolls may not be the best example of what VR has to offer on the PS though.

PS4 has some great VR games and it is a totally different gaming experience. This absolutely they gaming of the future. Get the vr sim controller with far point and start blasting aliens as if you are firing an actual gun. The vr gun allows you to aim down the sights with some pretty high accuracy. Blows away using a standard controller which just sucks by comparison. Also get some roller coaster type games they are awesome. So many good games and experiences. It is absolutely worth getting.

This was a fun thing at first but couldn’t play for more than an hour or two. Maybe it’s just the games not being captivating enough. All in all an awesome experience. I love letting people try this out and see their reactions.

Vr headset is nice. Also, comes packed with a great game skyrim. The graphics aren't as clear as playing on a hd tv. However, the VR experience is something so different its worth the hit in graphics. Would highly recommend.

I LOOOOOVE Skyrim, but I was incredibly surprised that my favorite open-world game was available for VR play. I impulse bought this after I got my tax returns, and it was worth every penny. I love the VR headset and my in-depth 1st-person Dragonborn experience. I recommend using the VR controllers with the headset so as to stave off nausea, and a quick YouTube tutorial on how to use the controllers in-game. It's incredibly fun and while it's not an everyday thing, it is definitely close to it!

This thing is so cool. This is my first time using VR and it is totally great, although sometimes I get a little nausea. I can experience things in VR that I haven't been able to in real life. I totally recommend it!
