I was recommended this speaker by a Best Buy employee while asking about a different brand. I am so glad I got the recommendation. I am so happy with this speaker. The sound quality is superb. The battery life is phenomenal. The size is perfect. If you have two of these, you can pair them together and have left/right channels (which I would guess sounds amazing).

impressive sound for such small footprint. At max volume does not distort at all, great bass sound. Pairs so easily to a Smartphone via NFC in seconds only putting the smartphone on top of speaker. When the speaker is getting low battery and you're listening at high volume, it will lower the volume a little and start blinking the charge LED in amber, but it will run for more time until full discharge. Very nice long battery duration.

Great portable speaker at a great price(got it on sale)!! This small portable speaker packs a great sound with an extra bass option then can be turned off and on. Its great in all spaces and provides a great clear sound!! Ive yet to use it at full volume & haven't had to. I purchased the Red color which is actually more Orange which works for me and looks great!! The size makes easy to travel with and can fit into any bag or pocket.

This Sony XB2 portable bluetooth speaker is a great buy for its price. This little speaker packs a big punch for its size. The sound quality is great and the speaker holds charge for a very long time. This speaker is great for taking it around the house, by the pool or to the beach. I use it everyday and recommend it if you're looking for a great speaker without having to spend big bucks on the more high-end portable speakers.

got this a couple mos ago so im pretty sure i didnt pay more than 100 for it as that was the top of my budget. it did the job. good sound as i used it as a patio speaker. im pretty sure its loud enough to bother the neighbors if u want. didnt hear any sort of distortion. connected easy to my phone, my cousins phone and both of our kindle fires

Purchased this speaker for my son as he wanted a portable unit to take with him for Christmas. He wanted one that sounded good and had bass! This little speaker really fit all his desires. Sound quality is on par with Bose and other high priced units. Bass is some of the best I have heard on a little unit like this. Battery life is great and he takes it with him everywhere. He loves it and so do I. Would highly recommend.

My boys bought some neat gadgets from one of those specialty electronics stores in the mall for my birthday and then they wanted to take me there to check it out. They had some cool stuff (massager chairs, electric grill brushes and other gadgets). Among the items, they had several Bluetooth speakers and they were discounted. Instead of buying on impulse I decided to research first. I'm glad I did! Some Bluetooth speakers had very mixed and even poor reviews, including ones from the gadget store. I decide to buy the Sony to pair with my ancient iPod (4th gen) for when I sit on the deck in the evenings relaxing. I'm glad I did! It paired easily, sounds great and hold a charge for a long time!

This is a great little speaker. Compact, well made, nice looking with excellent sound. This thing will play loud or soft and still maintaines a great sound with clear highs and deep base. When you put it in a corner or on the floor the base is even more pronounced. If you want more highs, place it at ear level. It pairs easily and the Bluetooth range is very good. I would definaty recommend.

I was really surprised at the amount of good sound quality this item produces. Its the perfect size device for any occasion. Easy to use and sync up with. I would strongly recommend this product.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. On one hand it was a great purchase on the other not so. The Pro: It has great sound that can reach high volume and still sound good as well as really strong bass for its size. Good sound quality. Bass is descent design is good. It has aux and bluetooth inputs which is convenient. And the charge feature has the autostop which means it won't overcharge. Good also. I have bose speaker and theater. So I feel the high freq sound of this item is not rich enough, and the details also. Anyway, for this price. No one should argue it has to be as good as bose, right!

I bought for a friend after owning one in red. These give off great sound with base that delivers a punch. Battery lasts several parties and are durable.

I had been eye balling this bluetooth speaker for awhile. I had read a lot of reviews and the majority said this was a good bang for the buck. I bought it on sale and I am glad I did. Great sound, can link another Sony speaker, and has an extra bass option. The only thing that I did not like is that it cannot play music while charging. Not a deal killer though because the battery life is good.

The Sony portable bluetooth speaker puts out great sound. It is small and lightweight so you can take it with you to use outdoors or in your car. I was pleasantly surprised how loud the speaker could play and by the quality of the sound at a high volume. The speaker connects very quickly to my iPhone and laptop.

Really high quality speakers. Sound is amazing. Water resistant feature works really well. I left it out in the rain for a day and it still works
