Sony has always made quality product. With this speaker here I am content. For the price of the speaker it blows the others away in the same price range. Battery life is ok, but it charges pretty fast. Has a lot of bass compared to other portable speakers if thats what you want. Clear vocals, a bit heavy but sturdy.

Hard to beat the sound quality for the price point of $120! Slightly heavy on the bass end and can get a little distorted at high volume. To my ears, it sounds better than my 4 speaker system in my 2011 Infiniti G for rock and pop! Loud enough for me to play youtube guitar lesson videos along with my electric guitar!

This speaker has awesome sound quality and nice bass! I use it at home and at work and when I turn it up it doesn't lose sound quality. Great and easy to use Bluetooth! Great product, I love it!

Rich bass & crisp highs in a very portable, non-oversized & very affordable unit. Compared this unit with the Jambox & Bose similar sized units & I have to say overall, the Sony had the most excellent quality of sound, especially for its price.

I spent considerable time comparing similar products in this price range. Portability, size, features and especially sound were important criteria. This product had everything I was looking for. Chargable, switchable aux in, good volume and smooth balance at all volume levels and it just feels like a quality made unit were major pluses. Battery life was as claimed and held a charge well when sitting on the shelf for days. It could use cloth carrier - just a xtra that would have been the cherry on the beautiful cake. Bottom line is I just love this unit!

I was able to scoop it on sale for 60 bucks. This speaker has so much base and sound for such a compact size. A little heavy but I love what it puts out. I am a disc golfer and I keep it in my bag. Plenty of sound for the entire group!

I have used the speaker non stop for 2 weeks and it works well. First off, it was easy to connect and I play it off my iphone and it sounds very good for the price I paid. I think it is quality for the price range and I have had other speakers in the same price range and this is the best.

I was really surprised how good the sound is . A lot of bass for the size of the enclosure,I it sounds good outside also. We used it when we had a cookout and never ran out of power.

I've always been a fan of Bluetooth enabled speakers. This unit is easy to operate and pair your device. The sound is very good given the small size of the speaker.

I bought this speak for use at work and it is perfect. The sound fills the room and works well for both the highs and lows. It charges very quickly and looks sleek. It pairs very easily with my iPhone 6 and 5 and we can even use it to answer phone calls. The 2 biggest flaws with this device: 1. You cannot charge and use the speak at the same time. So far the battery has lasted me over 5 hrs 2. There is no charge indicator on the speaker or on your phone. You never know how fully charged it is until the power button starts blinking red, and by then its too late. Most bluetooth devices will appear as a separate battery icon on your phone to indicate how charged the device is, the sony does not.

Has very nice bass and sound is loud and rich as battery gets weaker sound not so loud but battery last for hours paid 59.00 on sale and a happy purchase

This speaker is amazing, great sound quality and very easy to pair with Bluetooth. The volume goes pretty high and maintains a crisp sound.

Easy blue tooth set up. I use it for iPhone and iPad. Sound is great! As a hands free speaker phone clear and crisp in large or small room. Bought for use in rv but use it in home. The rich sound for music and movies are better tha I ever expected. The small speaker is such a space saver. Had a few weeks and battery holds up hours. I just routinely plug in for charging nightly. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

For the size and price you cannot beat the sound quality. Good battery life and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product!

I was able to buy this on sale for more than 50% off from Best Buy. When I was in the store to pick it up. I compared it to everything they had and for up to just over $100 it was the best sound by far. Go to the store if you can to listen for yourself. I could not believe the sound that comes out of it for the size! Check it out for yourself!!!

For $60, this is truly a "Best Buy." Sounds great, decent battery life, charges via USB, small enough to throw in a backpack.
