For its size, the sound is great with great clarity and decent bass. The build quality is excellent. The weight is good. It easily connects to my laptops, iPads and iPhones. The sound can fill a room at moderate volume levels.

This speaker is hands down awesome. The sound quality is comparable to the Bose speakers that is going against this. However, I took down one star because you can't charge the speaker while the speaker is playing music. You have to do one or the other. Not both at the same time.

The sound quality is awesome and the battery life is really good. I use it on a job site all the time.

Sony at again. This is a very good product for the price. The little speaker has good sound is so easy to use. As easy as waving your phone over it's top face to activate NFC and connect automatically with ease. Great buy.

Very happy with speaker.. superior sound ..perfect size.. Just wish there was a way to disable the phone calls feature so that streaming is not interrupted when a phone call comes in . otherwise perfect. I tried two others before this purchase and had to return them.

This is one of the best purchase decisions I have ever made! The sound and bass are amazing for such a small speaker. Connecting my phone to the speaker is a breeze. I would recommend this item to everyone!

This speaker is excellent. Bought one for my parents and they liked it so much convinced me to buy one for myself and my son. Sound is great for a little speaker. Plus rechargeable battery and blue tooth too.

A very well put together speaker, its condensed, and it has enough weight to it, as it won't easily be knocked off my end stand. We usu it every night, the clarity is just what you expect from a SONY Product

Sony again shows they can put out quality sound in a smaller package. Speaker is a bit heavy for transporting around, but puts out great sound at medium volume. Great for an office, and although I can't fully measure battery duration (life) yet, it should be good for several days of listening to music and calls on cell phone using bluetooth. The built-in mic is a boon for hands free calling at home. Sony also offers a smaller size and a larger version for a well rounded set of options.

This is a great product to have for outside activities. This works very well and sounds great. It is easy to use with Bluetooth and connects quickly. We have never experienced any issues or sound problems.

This speaker has a very nice clean sound with adequate base response given its size. It matches the docking station for Microsoft Surface Pro 3 perfectly and I had no problem pairing it with my Surface Pro.

This little speaker has a lot of sound and I get about 8hours of battery life. I use it a lot for disc golfing and it was definitely worth the price.

Sound quality is great and wide dynamic range neither too bright nor too dull. Easy to operate and carry. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Classy look. Best feature is that it does not turn off automatically and make beeps or voice prompt when not in use for a few minutes which I found very annoying with other speakers.

Love this new Sony Bluetooth speaker! the battery life is great...and the sound is even better! I did a lot of searching before i decided on the Sony SRS X3...this thing is awesome! highly recommended!

I bought this to replace another brand. Sony was so much clearer and richer sounding with excellent bass. I use it for my home Desktop Computer and for listening to ITunes. can't go wrong with this.

I am pleased with the sound this small speaker provides. I have used it at the beach a few times and just love the portability. The sound doesn't "fill" a room unless it's up pretty loud, but for smaller spaces and portability I think it's great!

After purchasing one for my son as a Christmas gift, I actually bought another one for myself because it sounded very good for such a small speaker. Bass is good, vocals are sharp. Love it!!!

I really like this Blue Tooth speaker. It connects right up to my IPAD and has a nice rich distortion free sound. I take it with me outside or up in the kitchen when cooking. Highly recommended!

It's a travel speaker - works great for the hotel room. Good volume and sounds quality for the price. Haven't used it outdoors. Rounded edges might make it slightly easier to pack and travel with.
