Surprisingly loud for such a small package. There's good weight to it and the nfc makes connections simple.

I purchased this portable speaker as a black Friday special during the summer. 50% off regular price. Good highs, mids, and decent bass. Not the deepest bass, but great for most songs. Have taken it to the local beaches, to the pool, and even traveled with it to Hawaii. Love it. Is sturdy and has decent weight so it appears to be built well. Compared to UE Mini Boom and this has better quality sound. Not deeper bass though. Sony makes a great product.

This speaker looks great and sounds great! It is also very easy to pair with various tablets and phones.

I really did not expect the sound to be of such great quality, but Sony products always have exceeded my expectations and this excellent speaker is no different. I am hard of hearing so I purchased the speaker to be in close proximity to where I could sit and watch TV; finally hearing the sound.

This bluetooth speaker system was easy to set up and delivers excellent sound quality when paired with any of your bluetooth-enabled devices. One note: when using the speaker for video playback with my Samsung tablet, the video and audio are sometimes out of sync. This may not be an issue with all devices. For audio-only playback, this is not a problem

Love this speaker! It is surprisingly heavy, but I like that it is solid! the sound is amazing, and has a couple of different settings which is nice depending on which kind of music we are listening to. I like that it is rechargeable, haven't had the opportunity to test how long the charge will last yet. I also like the AUX port I connected it to my laptop. Awesome! I am looking forward to taking it with me everywhere!

The battery lasts longer than I thought. The sound is rich and real for such a small speaker.

I have a Sharkk brand speaker from Amazon that I love but was looking for something with more oomph. This speaker has 20 watts and the sound is clean and has nice base. The only issue is the sound has cut out on me a few times and the speaker was right next o my iPad. I am hoping that this is a one time thing and not a frequent issue.

I bought this speaker during a one day sale. I think it has very good sound. Plenty of bass. Compares well to Bose models.

We bought this as a gift for our 20-something daughter. She's been borrowing our little jambox such that every time we wanted to use it, it was in her room. When she listened to her very first song on this device, she was "blown away" by how crisp the music was. She called us to listen and -wow- it was truly a notch or two of improvement. This little box packs a lot of power and clarity for the price. So much, we are going to buy one for ourselves and give the little jambox to one of the younger kids.
