Really enriched the sound. Use with my Bose headphones and it’s a great pairing. Hearing tones and sound I never heard via regular speakers.
I would recommend this to a friend

Bought this on Best Buy's site with employee discount for $200. Really wanted this to go with my collection of headphones and my new V-Moda M100. BUT, I could not get this thing to install drivers on any computer with Win 10 running on it. After much frustration having installed every other driver related to the device that could be installed, I finally contacted Sony Video/Audio -- which by the way, is under a contractor -- and Kathleen told me that there was no support with Win 10 and that a new driver was still in testing and it was unknown when the driver would be released. That's it, nothing else. Point-blank. Despite the site stating that Win 10 came with the driver compatability natively as with Mac OS. I have Mac OS as well, but I don't care so much. I wanted to use it with my computer.
That said, some of the good. Works great with my phones (OnePlus, iPhone) though the device is too small to be properly secured with the included rubber bands to the OnePlus. Sounds very good actually. Listened a bit just to make sure that the device worked and then compared it to the phone's native headphone output; a night and day difference in sound. Jumping back to my computer made me even more upset, because now I wasn't getting that sound fidelity with my PC and made me more anxious to get it to work. I was originally going to get an Objective2 from either Mayflower Electronics or JDS labs, but seeing that they cost the same full retail and with the discount, it made it a no-brainer to try the Sony. I would really like to try the Sony LOL, but that's not going to be the case. A timeframe could not be given by Kathleen and considering how popular these things are, I don't see them toiling away at getting a new driver out there pronto. I will say this, it does appear that if one has a previous version of Windows with a compatible driver and then upgrades to Win 10, the driver and device will be compliant. You're free to try.
