Armband is good but cumbersome because of the size of the radio. I sit it on my desk and listen to music at work...in that case it's great. Just won't suggest for legit workouts.

Sound is very good with quality headphones and brings out the bass when the mega bass feature is activated. Channel reception has interference from other channels unless you remain stationary with a channel clearly tuned in. Recommend with reception interference limitation.
