I had the older version of this radio and wanted to buy my wife the same kind since I had no bad experiences with it. The only difference is that the older version had quicker preset selections. Outside of that difference, the quality matches it's predecessor.

Purchased to use at college football games, to hear radio commentary. Radio works well. I do find that I'm adjusting the included armband several times a game.

Works OK seems to lose the radio station every so often when walking the neighborhood. Battery life seen short for nothing but radio operating.

My husband got this radio for when he is mowing. The radio worked great for one day and then it will not pick up stations after that. It is a nice size but and easy to place in a pocket. It was easy to use, but after the one time he is unable to use it. I would not recommend. After buying some very nice headphones to go with this, it was a big disappointment to not be able to use them either.

My wife uses her Sony Walkman when she walks every morning. Great product. Great sound. She loves it!

It works great for jogging! The stations come in clear and it is easy to use. It is nice it has a lock so the station isn't turned off by accident but on the other hand, it is inconvenient to have to switch the lock off before I turn the volume down in case I need to. Great little Walkman, though!

I returned this for the Best Buy Insignia model, which I liked better for the price!

This item was purchased for a friend of mine. My friend had already purchased one in the past, and it worked so well, that they wanted another. It has worked very well, with the compact size and amazing sound being among it's best qualities!! Nothing but good things to report, and would definitely purchase again if needed. It serves its purpose well.

I bought the Sony Walkman Digital Armband Radio mainly to utilize when I do yardwork. It comes in very handy and was an overall good purchase.

I use my iPhone ear buds and get wonderful sound. Have not tried the ear buds that came with the radio. The battery last longer then I ever expected. My next favorite radio was the original Sony walk man which stopped working when the battery case broke after many years of use.
