Great subwoofer!

It’s worked seamlessly and provides the extra bass anyone movie enthusiasts wants. So happy with my purchase and it was an open box in perfect condition so the added savings was great as well.

It has a power that I have never seen, I have tried high-end devices but this one makes the difference. In 2023, among all the devices I have seen on the market, it is the champion in all categories, I am very very very satisfied with it

I considered going with the larger model but living in an apartment on the third floor…this thing is plenty loud.

I would recommend for an apartment

In a smaller area with closer walls, I think the subwoofer would be great. I paired it with the Sony 5000 sounds bar and connectivity was very easy. Definitely do the sound optimization feature to get your best sound with the sound bar; otherwise, you will not get the deeper bass tones.

While we're glad you like that it connect seamlessly with your HT-A5000 soundbar, we regret to hear you're having a low-level sound output issue from the subwoofer. To resolve this issue, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
• Press SW volume + or BASS + on the remote control of a compatible model to increase the subwoofer volume.
• Set the night mode to off. For details, refer to the Operating Instructions supplied with a compatible model.
• If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. You can check the subwoofer sound by emitting the test tone.
