The shooting grip is not only a great little tripod equipped with basic controls to state a photo or short movie, but it also has a lever to advance the camera's lens from wide angle to telephoto. The thumb screw mount swivels to allow for a limited range of camera movement.

This is a very small grip with buttons to take stills or video. It is small to fit even in a pocket and is good for vlogging - handheld or on a table.

Excellent grip with lots of potential. I use it as a tripod to take selfies too. The only issue us tge attach point should be a more flush 90 degree Micro USB. The inner connections break. I have limited use of my left arm and hand so this changes my ability to photograph. I get lots of positive comments.

Decent shoot grip for selfie and video recording. Would love if the shooting grip could extend just a little more but beside that, it does what it supposed to.

This came with the package deal on a Sony RX 600 VI Camera. We took it to Italy for 11 days and never pulled it out to use it. The tri pod has to have an almost flat level surface to be useful. It may have helped slightly with selfies but it is not needed or worth the cost.

Expensive and doesn’t do much. May buy fur $50 nit at $100. Just pay more to get gimbal instead.
