Got this beginning of April and was very happy with it. Then it simply stopped working. I could not turn it on, and could not get it to charge. Just dead. I just got a replacement and am crossing fingers that it works better.

I was so disappointed in this Sony product. The first of many.

Really surprised at the positive reviews. The sound is very crisp and clear but quite low in terms of volume. At volumes loud enough for the speaker to be heard (just) a few feet away, the sound is so bright that it's a bit tiring after just an hour or so. No bass to speak of. Even at the sale price ($35), I don't think it's a particularly good deal. I def wouldn't pay full price for it. I'm going to return it, but the return instructions state that the product must be returned w/ a "power cable" and an "AC adapter," otherwise money will be subtracted. The thing is that the speaker ONLY comes with a USB cable. Bizarre.

My phone is louder than this...quality is nice but sound level is not good.

Sound is good but not a loud sound that it should be. Better to go for jbl or other companiesz

I bought this speaker a few weeks ago when it was $40. The price is now $60. It's about a $25 speaker. I have better sounding $10 and $15 dollar speakers. I don't really hear any bass boost as claimed. I would have brought another one to pair with mine but not at $60.

The speaker looks great, sound quality disappoints. The speaker is sold under the idea that you’d come to enjoy sound in open areas but it fails to perform. Keep in mind that you’ll need your phone to remotely connect and your phone volume is as loud as it gets. Overall a 2 stars ⭐️

It’s terrible. At max volume it’s still pretty low. I run cone drills, 10 yards apart, once I reach the 10th yard, It’s hard to hear. When it reaches 30-40% battery. The volume drops to 60% and can’t go higher til it’s fully charge. I got it on sale and even then not worth the price.

It was easy to connect to my previous iphone, but the new iphone (also an APPLE but this one is an 11 and the previous was a 6S Plus), anyway I cannot get it to connect so currently it is not useful. I would have liked written directions.

Good sound but seems to drop Bluetooth connection unexpectedly. Not sure if it's something I'm doing, but Bluetooth tends to be a little sketchy with other devices, too. The sound is average, but nothing to write home about.

Bought this product, because I had owned one, and was very pleased with its performance, but managed to misplace it. Not too happy with this one! It doesn't seem to be as loud, and the battery life is terrible!

I will probably never buy this product ever again. The charge port won't charge the speaker. I have only had this 30 days and was told by best buy when I called that because I did not buy protection they won't cover it. Not happy

Worked great. Then just stopped working or taking a charge 1 month ago. No way to fix it. Threw it out. Item needs yo drop 20 bucks from cost if its gonna crap put this fast.

I think it would be better to shell out more money for a better speaker. When it works its great, but it doesn't last long, then its very low sound quality and you can not use when charging.

Not really sure what the hype is about the speaker. I believe it's overpriced and there are cheaper ones that sound much better

I purchased a pair of these to enhance the sound from my Echo Dot. Unfortunately the sound quality is not very good. This was advertised as having good bass and that's just not the case.

It runs fine initially, good quality audio output. But the Bluetooth went crazy after few months. Reset didn't help either. Volume also reduced after few months.

Wish I would have returned it after some use, but it won't be fair with best buy for the nice store policy they have. I will not recommend this product.
