Earbuds meet the expectations that I had. Good sound quality. I wish there was a volume button, but having the single button for answering and hanging up calls is useful. At first I thought the shape of the earbuds was weird and I was worried it would be a little uncomfortable, but it turns out they are actually plenty comfortable. I am pleased with the purchase!

These are exactly what I was wanting. Wired, comfortable, and affordable. I needed the soft ear insert, th e hard ones do not fit me. Great sound for the price.

The sound is good and clear. The buds fit well in my ears and are comfortable to ware even for an extended period of time. The multiple bud sizes are very helpful to find the right fit. I am very satisfied with the product. The security packaging is a pain in the arthritic fingers to open and then all you can do with it is recycle the plastic.

I bought these to replace the ear buds on my iPhone as I wanted something that sealed in my ear canal better to remove outside noise (note, these are not noise cancelling headphones). They work great as expected. They are not high end earbuds, but thta is not what I was looking for. They are comfortable to wear and have good sound. They have a mic for use in phone calls or using voice commands. Only real downside is there is no volume control built in.

I just wanted something to listen to podcasts while riding my bicycle. I wasn't concerned about something that delivered super quality sound. Just something that would block out the ambient noise so I wouldn't have to crank the volume and damage my eardrums. These work fine and are exactly what I expected. Decent for their price.

I've long bought Sony earbuds for my iPods and find that they last me a good three to four years. I use them mostly for sleeping with music playing at night. This latest set I purchased are probably the best sounding Sony earbuds I've owned, and I got them on sale for around $12. They were priced less than the entry-level earbuds that are $15 in the store. They offer a quality sound at a phenomenal price.

For the price, these are excellent earbuds. Overall, they are just 4/5 because the mic is not that great. I do have to hold it closer to my mouth for some conversations. I can hear the other person on the phone really well, though. The earbuds block out a lot of extra noise. The extra earbud pieces for different size ears is a nice touch so my wife can use a pair in her smaller ears. For the price, can't beat it.

I wear earbuds when I am cruising around on my motorcycle. This set keeps sound quality high even at lower volumes.(that way I can still hear my surroundings while enjoying my music.) With their minimal size and shape while inside the ear I am able to wear any helmet with them without discomfort. These are a great set. They can handle many of miles of ware and tear without actually warring and tearing. I had my last set for a couple of years and had to replace them for I lost them. They handle sweat very well and stay inside. For the cost I would recommend these earbuds to anyone.

I use these earbuds with my android phone - samsung note 4. I can hear the caller and they can hear me very clearly. Sound quality is great. I use them to listen to music as well. I find these to be better than most pricey bluetooth devices ive tried considering comfort and sound. It frustrating when youre on a call saying,"can you hear me now" over and over. I dont have that problem with these at.all and i stay safe on the road with them. Bought a pair for my friends and family over the holidays. Makes for a great gift. Works well with iphones. Volume is loud.

I got these as a temporary pair until I can get a pair of high quality earphones. I use them mostly to watch movies and Netflix. The sound is really good, and they're very comfortable. I have small ears so it's hard for me to find a pair that fit comfortably. The sound blocking isn't that great. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I use my ear phones mainly when I travel. They are so much better than the ones they hand out on the airplane. I bought two pair and the device than connects two pair to one. My husband and I use them with our ipod, to watch a movie on our tablet or just listen to what ever the airline is offering. They are comfortable and the sound is perfect!

This is a good purchase for decent quality headphones. My Bose in-ear headphones broke, and I just needed something to use for working out and other things. The sound quality isn't bad, credit to SONY, and they are pretty comfortable. Good purchase, but they are not at the same level as more expensive models.

I was looking for some headphones for my daily commute to/from school. These headphones sound good for their price (wasn't expecting that), but the in-ear feel of these headphones weren't for me. Nothing wrong with these from the time I had them (exchanged them), it just comes down to preference.

Bought an over the ear Sony set with enhanced bass and didn't like the sound. Highs seemed muted and frankly they were uncomfortable. This in ear set works for me and I have fallen asleep numerous times while wearing them. Love the bright sound and the quality of the product, I expect to have them a long time. I appreciate Best Buy working with me on the exchange, very happy with the customer service as always!

I bought these headphones last spring for a family trip as i do not sleep much, and knew I would be able to listen to my audio books while my family slept without disturbing them and not needing light to read a hardcopy book. They were perfect for this, and for the airplane also! Now, in January 2018 I remain just as pleased! They are very comfortable, they sound great, and continue to work excellent! I keep them in my purse & use them often.

These headphones have really good sound quality and were affordable. They are also very comfortable, I have no problem wearing them for a long time. The only con is that there is no volume control on the cord like the other Sony pair I bought several years ago. But otherwise these are a good pair of headphones.

These are excellent! Sound is wonderful (was surprised by the great bass) the earbuds are designed such a way I have never had before and the don't fall out of ears and if they do adjust the gel like bud tip. Save your money for expensive headphones try these moderately priced ones. Sony you know sound!

The ear buds work well. I like that they came with different size replacement ear pieces. I'm still using the one that came on it. I do wish that the ear buds had a straight 3.5mm plug instead of the right angle plug. Oh well, personal preference. I use these at the gym all the time. Put them, even with no music playing yet through them, it's like putting on comfortable earplugs, all the noise practically goes completely away. They are very powerful, in the sense that they have a strong pre-amp. My last pair I had to always have the main volume on the device at 3/4 or higher to hear normally. These I can have it at 2/5 or 1/2 and be totally fine and drown out everything around me. :D Anyhow, they are comfortable and have a grip to them, so when they get sweat dripped all over them, I can still grab it easy and adjust it. They feel really comfy too. I chose these over a pair of insignia ear buds for about the same price.
