    We have had this printer for a while and have a few problems starting. It will randomly just stop. Most of the time I am able to eject the disc and put it back in to get it to continue. Once it quit and nothing would work. I eventually unplugged it, replugged it in and reinserted the disc to continue to watch the movie. I expected more from Sony than this.

    The product is very good, I programmed it as I wanted, so far it works super well, plus the TV is of high visual quality and the graphics are excellent.

    The picture clarity is amazing - the Geek guys told me it would upgrade my dvd's & BluRays - and they were right! Watched LOTR over Thanksgiving and was really impressed with the quality.

    It works good most of the time but i have had to reboot the power so many times. I have called it a peice of junk and cussed sony a few times. I wont buy another sony anything because of this unit. This is my 2nd one, had the first for 2 years and it was junk too.
