There are plenty of other options out there do not purchase this one!!!!

Great concept, did not work

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well today I went to purchase this Sony Speaker because I read great reviews and a family member has one and couldn't stop talking about it and I wanted something to have for outdoor events, well it never got to see the backyard because I turned it on and it worked great and sound was amazing. Then I take one step away from it with my phone and the bluetooth connection is lost, I then went back a step and it connected again. Now I'm no expert but I have an old ihome bluetooth speaker and the rage is 30ft, I would think it would be the same for a $250.00 speaker but I guess I was wrong, taking it back tomorrow and getting the LG product that I really wanted and would have gotten but the sales person insisted that this was the best one. Thank God I didn't wait til memorial day when we have our bbq with family I would have been even more upset, 1st time I get a bad product from best buy and Sony, hope this doesn't happen again.

I came in and tried to turn it one and there was nothing. I tried the trouble shooting but nothing. I liked the unit and it worked well for my purposes but its longevity and low hours make it undesirable.
