The problem I had was with the warehouse and delivery people. I paid for a brand new one to be shipped to my house because the store by me was out of these. Great no big deal, I can wait a few days. It gets here, And I’m already concerned because the box was destroyed. Even had stickers on it saying “Packaging Damaged.” So I look past it and open the box to find an “Open box item, as is” sticker. I didn’t pay all this money for an open box item, I wanted brand new. When I called Best Buy about it there was not much they said they could do for me which was just ridiculous to me. If you buy this product, make sure you get it at the store.
