Thanks for commenting. We are thrilled to hear your satisfaction with the amazing sound quality and expectational Ambient Sound mode & Noise Canceling features of your WF-1000XM5. It's unfortunate to hear that you've lost one of the earbuds. This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear. The earbuds are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part. If one of the earbuds is lost or damaged, send the remaining items (earbuds and charging case) to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be reset with the remaining components. You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones.
