Wonderful Earbuds

One of my main needs was the option to wear one at a time, and unlike more pricey options, these work very well one at a time. The battery life is fantastic, as well! They pair automatically to my Samsung phone, and are easy to navigate for volume and noise cancelation. They are a little snug for my small ears, but aren't uncomfortable for several hours.

Can't beat it for the price

Battery life has all been more than enough. I can normally go days without charging, depending on use. Sound quality is also excellent, considering it's a Bluetooth device. Bluetooth connection is very easy. Doesn't give me connection problems as Bluetooth devices sometimes do.

So far i enjoy this better from noise canceling, better sound and as i said fits in the ears smooth with out falling out.

It's unfortunate that you are having Bluetooth issues. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
You may find these troubleshooting steps helpful:
-Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3.2 ft) from each other.
-When pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset, the headset enters pairing mode automatically if you remove the headset from the charging case. To pair a second or subsequent device, set the headset units into the charging case, leave the charging case lid open, and press and hold the pairing button on the back of the charging case for about 5 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.
-The headset cannot go into pairing mode if the headset is not set securely in the charging case, such as when the earbud tips are not properly attached to the headset. Make sure the headset is stored securely in the charging case.
Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve those issues. Please refer to the steps on these links:

Little powerhouse headphones

Good product ruined by poor bluetooth connectivity

The noise canceling and sound quality are good, and I like the design of the case even though the plastic feels a little cheap. But the connection to my phone is just too unstable. Even after downloading the update which supposedly improved the bluetooth connection and putting them on the setting which prioritizes connection stability, there are little skips and interruptions every few minutes. Maybe it's because they're made for Apple phones (a fact which is on the box but none of the info in the description, that I saw), but it just isn't the quality of experience one expects.

The battery life of the earbuds is decent but unfortunately the case empties out pretty quickly. Noise cancellation is alright but not stellar. Overall worth the money.

Also, you need to properly wear the headphones for the proper sound quality, noise canceling function, and call sound quality to be effective. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. If any of this is the case, try this. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
