Quality to me is just as what you would expect from a company like SONY. The noise canceling at least to me is good and being able to customize the sound setting through the SONY app is another plus. The only con I have is these seems to fall out easier when say I’m chewing or something compared to the 510.

I'm still figuring out Only complaint is putting them in my ear they go in differently but I really enjoy the quality

Awesome sound!

Not to mention, THEY LOOK COOL

Best budget ear buds for audiophiles.

Best Overall Bang For Your Buck

My only real gripe is the case they’re in feels a bit cheap and they tend to be dead after being left alone for a while without any use.

For the battery drain issue, that's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Sometimes, if the earbuds aren't seated just right or if there's a small bit of debris in the case, they might not fully disconnect, causing them to draw power even when not in use.

The sound is clear with solid bass, the noise cancelling works surprisingly well for the price, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for long stretches. The battery life hasn’t let me down either, and I really like how easy they connect to my phone. Overall, these feel like a really good value and I’m glad I picked them up.

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the music quality on your WF-C710N, but we’re sorry about that disturbance when you hit pause.
That sound is often a slight "white noise" characteristic of the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound modes. To see if that clears it up, try turning those features off via the Sony | Sound Connect app when you aren't using them. Also, check for any firmware updates in the app, as these often include stability fixes for audio transitions!

Pretty good ear buds
