I have a hard time with these staying in my ears, and the cord around my neck is too long, and the control area too big/weighty which makes it awkward. Bought these to replace a pair from another vendor that is no longer made, and was disappointed that they really aren't comfortable. I'm still using my old ones, and will until they completely die.

Great sound in these little buggers and it seems for me the charge lasts forever. Plus, of I need to hear or pay attention to something on the outside world, the cord dangles from my neck and I know exactly where to find them to continue listening.

I have two pairs of these. One pair stopped working after a year, due to internal wire coming loose but otherwise they work really well. The wire behind the neck really helps with not having to worry about them falling out.

USB-C and outstanding battery life, but heavy

USB-C charging was the main reason I replaced my lost Anker headphones with these, though the battery life is so long (nearly 15 hours!) that I don't charge them often anyways. And they sound great for the price range. Downside: The 2 little components in the middle of the cord are heavy, and they often weigh down the COMICALLY LONG cord so much that it gets pulled down over one shoulder or another (and sometimes even yank them out of my ear). That's inconvenient during a set of deadlifts at the gym. Why no shirt clip?

Nice and easy to use. They fall out sometimes when working out compared to my beats but overall I like them. I use them as my spear headphones when I leave my beats at home.

I bought one in black and had to buy another one for my wife. This time in white. I love the hands-free use of these headphones. They are just so easy to use and you almost don't feel you have them as they are so lightweight. The sound quality is awesome and the battery lasts so long.

Product is easy to use! Long life battery as long as headphones are turned off after use and very convenient for someone like me who likes to make sure I can be heard clearly while speaking on the phone

The buds work well, I do think the cables could be a hair shorter, but that is my only issue and that’s minimal. The sound is crisp and the battery life is very good.

It's an excellent product especially at the price point! These have always been a blessing to have for working (and activities that we can actually enjoy). I'd easily recommend this product if the buyer wanted or needed a decent pair of reasonably priced earbuds!

Great headphones for the price. Not really my favorite since I'm used to more bass from the true wireless Sony but they're good as a backup Incase I forget my other headphones.

These headphones are terrific! I've tried several other kinds, including Beats headphones. These are the most comfortable in my ears and have the best sound quality in the $80-and-under price range. Because I wear these predominantly for work, I've really enjoyed having the cord that keeps these automatically paired and ready to connect to Bluetooth without too many steps each time, I never lose one headphone, and I can easily pop them in and out of my ears without having to hold them because they drape around my neck. Also, I like that I can wear just one headphone if wanted. I liked these headphones so much that I bought two more so that I can keep one set at home and the other two at work. Don't hesitate to buy these!

Battery and control modules are unwieldy and a bit heavy and tend to pull out earphones if not properly balanced around the neck. Sound quality is good as is the battery life between charges.

This is an excellent wireless earbud with exceptional audio sound and quality. It’s rich tone and added base makes you think that your in a recording studio and the noise cancellation is almost as good as Bose!!!!!

I work outdoors and use these all-day every-day. I've tried many kinds over the years and these have far and away been the best. They can last almost 2 whole work days on a single charge, are excellent at noise-canceling, and have amazing sound-quality.

More features than you should get for the price! Sony hasn’t lost a step on their consumer electronics and even their lowest end is still a GREAT DEAL. Excellent battery life, quality audio, and intuitive controls. Very pleased and would definitely purchase again!

i bought these because i felt bad spending over 60 on some skullcandy in ear real wireless ones and seeing that these were under 20 i thought why not? they are very small and convenient but one thing to note, not sure if mine are just defective but there is a static sound in the background whenever you play something, kind of like you have the tv on static and are talking in the same room. i don't really like that. ease of connectivity is a 5, very easy to both my computer and phone. it kind of annoys me how long the cord is though, like over 2ft? it's a bit excessive IMO and the weight of it can possibly pull the buds out if you are running around. overall for someone who just wants something simple, go for it! but for me i will stick to over ear and hopefully no passive static
