If you're thinking about purchasing these headphones, you should! The bass and sound quality are great. I've charged them probably 5 times max so the battery is long-lasting. I exchanged the JLab Audio - JBuds Air Icon True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for these because the JBuds kept falling out of my ear (and were kind of uncomfortable/too big) whereas these Sony headphones fit nicely in my ear with better controls. Some people complain about them falling off during exercise, I just loop them 1 time like in the picture I included. Great buy!

I've got a OnePlus 8T phone & it was quite easy to connect my headset to my phone.0 I'm always listening to music on my phone mainly because I just want to drown out everybody else talking and stuff. So that's why I have pretty much always stuck with the earbuds because at least for me, I can't hear anybody else talking especially when I have my music at full volume. I mainly listen to trance, progressive trance, vocal trance, rap, & Billie Eillish. If you read the reviews from other people, they all make it a point to mention that the base on these headphones are GREAT!! I do you want to let you know about something so that you don't make the same mistake I did. I purchased a Skullcandy Push True Wireless headphones assuming that the base would be quite heavy considering the fact that all the other models I bought, you've been able to feel the bass. Not at all with that particular headset so I returned it and got this one. I would strongly suggest that you buy the Geek Squad Insurance and that covers you for 2 years so trust me you want to get it. Now let's go back to the sound quality. Sound quality is definitely awesome. The clarity is great and I have the ability to turn up the volume quite loud. No I'm not one of those sound guru people who can discuss the quality of the sound on the headphones quite specifically, but I will say that for a non-audiophile these will work perfectly!

They are the best wireless earbuds from Sony that they make. Great sound and easy to connect. The controls are super easy to work. They are well made and have good battery life. What more can you ask for? The XB-400 are great! Love em.

The sound is good, they seem to hold a charge for a long time period, the magnetic feature that holds the earbuds together is useful, especially if it is tucked inside the shirt when not in use.

Great for the price...Easy to connect..and sound is also good. I just added a neck brace so it would not fall from my neck.

I’m very impressed with the bass that this wireless headset produces. For the price, this headset’s quality and clarity of sound is better than some of the more expensive headsets; which makes it a great value. The headset came with three different size silicone rubber earbuds, so that I am able to select the size that fits me perfectly. I no longer have to worry about the earbuds falling out of my ears. It is very very comfortable wearing the earbuds under my motorcycle helmet. A solid 5 star headset! I’m completely satisfied with this product!

I have AirPods and they fall sometimes while in gym Than bought these Sony ones and love the sound quality and the long time they serve ! Amazing and easy to connect and simple and even on calls it works wonderfully no need to charge again and again

Good quality does not drop out signal walking through different rooms when separated from its source. I get about a 50-ft range before it drops out battery life is excellent. talking and listening on them 8 to 10 hours a day and still have 30% at the end of the day. charge time is less than 30 or 40 minutes very impressed.

Use this for work. Ideally not the best for working out, but for work and comfortable and work setting… these are great headphones for the dollar.

Excellent product, the beast thing of this bluetooth headphones is the long lasting battery, I spend hours and hours on the phone talking with a single charge, also when is time to charge you can charge it at 100% in a couple hours or less. I'll buy it again.

I have bought this couple months ago now outside my return window. Pros 1. Great Sound. 2. Very convenient 3. Hold charge for long time. Cons 1. Keep making hissing static noise all the time when its connected to a device and the device is on mute. 2. Broke the earpiece, and I always take really good care of all my products. 3. Cant contact sony to get an exchange. 4. Worst value for the money Not sure bestbuy will post this honest review.

I am a big fan of Sony and I have a lot of their headphones products. This one is ok, not enough bass and battery life not as good as their over the head previous headphones.

I bought the Sony WI-XB400 wireless earbuds expecting decent sound and convenience. What I got was a portable bass cannon that politely sits around my neck like a well-trained sonic snake. First off, the sound quality? Boom. The “XB” in the name clearly stands for "eXtra Bass" and not “eXactly Balanced,” so don’t expect audiophile nuance. But if you're like me and think every song is better with subwoofer-like vibes in your ears, welcome to your new favorite neck accessory. These buds hit like they owe you money. The battery life? Wild. I charged it once, went to work, ran errands, did a questionable amount of dancing in my kitchen — and they were still going. I’m convinced Sony just stuck a car battery in there. Comfort-wise, they’re light and sit comfortably around my neck, so I only mildly look like I'm training for a corporate Hunger Games. The magnets help keep the earbuds from flailing wildly like a caffeinated octopus when not in use. Are they perfect? No. The mic is okay-ish for calls, and if you turn your head too fast, the wire might remind you it exists. Also, there's no noise canceling — so yes, you’ll still hear Karen arguing with the Starbucks barista. But for the price and the punch, these headphones slap — literally and musically. If you want to feel your music and mildly scare your eardrums (with love), these are your guys.
