Before purchasing this speaker, I visited the store to listen to the other brands and without a doubt, this speaker produces clearer sound with base that the other brands did not have. It's affordable, easy to use, and the battery charge is long lasting. I liked it so much that I bought a second speaker for my son. Very happy with the purchase!

I have no complaints. Ive been wanting a portable leaker that has good sound for a long time. It durable, great quality and I love how you can turn the bass booster on and off. I still haven't needed to max the volume out so it works perfect for when I'm cleaning the house or getting ready. Its water resistant so it's pretty much a beast.

This speaker is well worth the price. If you compare it against other speakers, it has a much longer battery run time and a much better sound. The size is optimal: small enough to be easily portable, yet still delivers great sound. I'm glad I did plenty of research before buying. I completely agree with other 5-start reviews.

Bought two of these for teaching in-school dance class. They are super-compact, so I can put them in my bike bags. I pair them up via bluetooth, then place one on either side of the room, for a stereo effect. I can wander all over the school stage while I teach, and my iPod stays connected to the speakers. Very pleased!

I have been very pleased with this speaker, so much so that I purchased another one for a gift. It is very solid, has great sound and ease of use. One thing to consider-it is portable, but being solidly built as I said, it is not extremely lightweight; not heavy, but not like some less well-made speakers. Highly recommend.

I had researched multiple Bluetooth speakers around $100 range before going to Best Buy. Originally I was going to buy a Bose speaker, but after trying them out in store, I was unimpressed with the Bose. The Sony speaker sounds​ awesome and is waterproof, and the battery lasts a long time. You can also charge your phone using the internal battery. You can also pair two of these speakers together which is great for outdoor use. But one speaker will fill a large room easily.

Battery life, sound quality, size, very good price

For the price, better total sound quality out of all other comparable speakers. The Mega Bass feature really makes the low end / bass sound richer and fuller than models of equal size, even with this speaker being at a lower price point. I'm conisidering buying a second one so I have dual left and rights! A+ product!!

This is by far the best wireless speaker. We like it so much we have purchased one for each of our children. The sound quality, especially the bass is fantastic and the price is unbeatable. We have taking it with us on the boat and enjoyed hours of quality music, the charge lasts for a minimum of 6 hours.

I love this speaker, not only does it just work, but there's lots of little design details I wasn't really aware of until I brought this speaker home. I bought it mainly for an external speaker for my phone for my commute. Loved the sound in the store, took it home. So much to like! The sound is excellent and for the size/weight, after listening to every speaker in the store, this one was far and away the best at that price point. The integrated features for bluetooth connection to my phone and the dedicated phone call button on the speaker make using it as an external speakerphone simple and efficient. Pairing is fast and easy. Sound is loud and clear. Little features, o ring seal make it water resistant. External USB port to allow charging your phone from the speaker. As far as music, the sound, especially the Bass boost, is tremendous for something of its size. Used it to stream the World Series from my phone and was as loud and better quality than my TV. For what it is, highly recommend it over its competitors.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter. She loves music and loves to sing, she constantly has music playing in her room on this speaker. Sound is really good and volume is pretty good quality. Love the portability as she is able to move around the house and take outside as well.

I bought this as a gift for my father for his birthday. He's not incredibly tech savvy so this speaker was a good fit. It's straight forward and blended right in with his current set up.

Sony takes a "public opinion back seat" to Bose and others, however, Sony always delivers when it comes to sound. This small but powerful wireless speaker is no different. Priced well under $200, and packing a real punch, it's a no brainer. Sure, you can pay a lot more for another brand, but why? Battery life exceeds what they advertise and the bass is pretty amazing. A smart buy if you ask me.

I bought this speaker as a Christmas gift for my son. He really enjoys it a lot. His music he listens to sounds real good on it. Also he likes that it has the extra bass button on it. I myself also like that is water resistant. My son is very pleased with it.

We have had two speakers in the past that didn't even compare to this one. It sounds perfect as well as the battery is rated to last 24 hours but we have never played it that long in one setting. I do know it last longer than our other two. We take them to softball tournaments and it will last the entire day. Our other two would only last a few games and then was done.I know that we haven't had to charge it in a while! the range is great! You can also charge your phone from the speaker, how awesome is that? !

Great little speaker with an awesome battery life, my only complaint is that it uses its own proprietary charger and not mini USB; the charger is gigantic and heavy. Great sound for the size of the speaker. And the extra bass definitely worth the extra money
