I love the bass in this unit. It provides for a very rich sound. But, it can be easily turned off if needed. Getting it on sale was also a plus. Has very good battery life and has a built in indicator when low and when fully charged.

This wireless, bluetooth speaker is so easy to use, has great sound and love the fact that it is water resistant... luckily there have been no spills or accidental submersions yet. Love the sound this little speaker gives.

I have had this speaker for a while and I am highly satisfied with the sound and ease of use. The bluetooth is easy to set up and the sound is just right for my taste.

A great product made by Sony. This Bluetooth speaker is amazing when it comes to sound quality. The clarity is superb. And the portability is a huge bonus. The battery life is fantastic too. About 10 hrs of playtime on one charge. Love it

The sound is better than I anticipated. With the Bass boost button it adds just the right amount of lows. The battery life is also great I have gone days without recharging. I bought the pair and syncing the both is easy.

This sounds great. It's easy to set up. I use it all the time even by the pool.

I bought this bluetooth speaker on sale and after looking at many others. I liked how the Sony speaker sounded and you can't beat the sale price. Some trouble linking another bluetooth device and could have a little more volume; that's why only 4 stars.

I purchased a Bose Soundlink Mini speaker 6 months ago for a family member. The Sony XP3 sounds better, has better base for a deeper sound and is water resistant(not waterproof). All for a better price than the Bose.

This is a great speaker. I use it for various thing. I take it to work and to park. Doesnt cut off, i took it camping and it turn out to sound excelent also. Its a loud speaker for its size and i like the bass extras also.

Great Speaker and loud sound. Good bass too. Connect two of them together and you got awesome sound. Great buy. I use two of them by my hot tub. Weather you get one or two you won't go wrong. Battery last long time.

Water resistant, good quality. We put it on the swim platform and crank up the volume. Let's the people in the water hear the music and doesn't drive the people sitting in the boat crazy because the sound is too high.

This was a gift for my husband. He loves it and uses it constantly. It was easy for him to learn to use. Sound quality is excellent, compact size makes it is to transport and many extra features. Very satisfied.

I didn't do any research on this speaker before I purchased it so I was very pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be awesome. The sound is great, it holds a charge for a long time and it is very user friendly!

A gift for my daughter at Christmas. Very easy to set up using Bluetooth and her iPhone. Great sound, especially from such a small package. Love the extra bass being on a button so On/Off for the bass is easy.

Really pretty decent sound for a small sized unit. Don't expect concert hall performance but for use in close quarters or small room and at a fairly good price point, its a good buy. Easy to use as well.

Nowadays, there are many choices for bluetooth speakers although out of those I'm glad to have chosen this model Sony. It has some key features such as USB recharging that I've actually used to power a satellite radio instead of using a larger boom box. Battery is astounding lasting me a week of on and off use for background music around the house. Buttons aren't as tactile as I'd like and can be easy to accidentally press the power or call button when changing volume. Best of all it produces a nice balanced sound with detailed bass at a lower price point than some other brands. I hope to pick up a second speaker soon to use for dual pairing for more channel separation or additional sound re-reinforcement.

This speaker has great sound and good Bluetooth distance

I was shopping around for a bluetooth speaker I could use indoors and out. I originally went in to buy a Samsung Radiant360 however, my Best Buy location was out of inventory. The salesman showed me the Sony SRS-XB3 and when I heard it, I was really impressed by the sound clarity and bass! The fact that it is water-resistant is a bonus as I can put it by our pool and I don't have to worry about the kids splashing it!

I demo'd numerous speakers before purchasing this one. You won't find a louder, clearer, better sounding speaker for under $300. Fantastic bass and very clear highs. Battery life is awesome as well.
