I use these as my workout headphones and inevitably that cord falls to one side of the neck and is uncomfortable. Also, the hook over the ear rather than the piece inside the lobe is much more comfortable. I've had other Sony headphones that had both of those features but can no longer find them at Best Buy. Beats still makes a version, which I actually own, but Apple won't allow Best Buy to offer the replacement plan so I still keep a pair of Sony. Bose too, does not have a model that hooks over the ear. In addition to the comfort factor, the hook over the ear secures the headphones much better for runners, which I am.
