Really pleased with these. Took a long trip and hey held up well and blocked out noise as I was listening to music and a watching a program on my tablet.

I have to admit that I didn't have high hopes for this headset. I purchased it out of need for a noise cancelling headset that offered a mic for calls. Unpacking them I noticed just how great the quality is. They have a refined feel and the comfort is outstanding. Sound quality is amazing and the bass levels are great. I love this headset and I"m now a fan of Sony headsets.

Excellent quality and value for the price. Professional look. Great fitting headsets with built in microphones. No static or other noises. Comfortable and does not tangle. I have been using for telecommuting through my laptop. Pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. I am glad I did not waste money on pricier products.

These headphones are great. Great sound and feel very durable. They rival some of the higher priced earphones. The bass is very deep and depending on the song you have to change settings to hear the highs better, but for the price, there's no complaints. Going to buy more of these for my kids.

At first I got these bad boys for my 13yr old son. But after trying them out for myself I just had to keep em for myself. Needles to say I eventually went out and got him his own pair lol. All in all it’s worth the money. Great sound love the base and the microphone is not to bad either. Clean crisp sounds. As always a great product by a great company.

I needed a pair of replacement headphones for a business trip in December after I left my noise-canceling headphones on the flight home from my vacation in October. Having put noise-canceling headphones on my Christmas wish list, I wanted to grab something relatively inexpensive that could hold me over until after the holidays. These headphones exceeded my expectations. For a pair of unpowered headphones, these have some nice bass output. While they don't have any active noise-canceling system, they still did a good job of damping down the ambient noise on the flights out & back. I still had to remove them in order to hear to the flight attendants and the PA announcements. They're comfortable and fold up nicely. I watched episodes of TV shows on both flights and everything sounded great; background music sounded great as well as the dialogue. I got a new pair of noise-canceling headphones like I asked, but I'm going to keep these as a backup pair and to use around the house occasionally.

These headphones are light weight and comfortable to wear. Sound is excellent and cuts out background noise.

Best headphones for $50.00 on the market! Bassy with high quality sound, noise cancellation, and terrific clarity! Also very comfortable to wear! I got water damage on my older pair, and they were happy to make a simple exchange/plan transfer for the same, new pair!

Lasted 2 years until ear pad started falling apart. Sound was good. Comfortable for hours of use. Short cord. Overall...meh.

Awesome headphones. Good headphones at decent price compared to Beats and other expensive headphone. Clear sound quality and good bass. Build quality is extremely good and looks is a plus.

They work well for what I am using them for; however, they didn't work well for my intended purchase. They were supposed to be used with a sound system but the full stereo sound was muffled. They work well as headphones for other purposes though: comfortable fit and quality sound.

They are a little more bassey than I like for books and such but for music they are perfect. I wish there was a bass on bass off button but all in all these perform very well. They have been comfortable to wear and you can rotate the ear cups off your ears easily when you need break. I always worry about the link between the ears and the headband so in every case time will tell. I have learned that the quality of construction has little to do with price as my sons $300 headphones have broken and been sent back at least once and I do not think they will be like my old Sony high end headphones that lasted me 28 years. If you like to hear that bass in music and do not want to spend much these are awesome. I do not think I would use them in the studio.

Sound is definitely full of bass. Some ppl may prefer more mid and high range, but if you like bass, these fair well. Although these are on-ear headphones, they seal out a good amount of ambient noise and you can definitely get lost In the sound. For a budget, sub $40 pair of wired earphones, they get the job done. You can definitely find wireless headphones in this price range- but I didn’t want to mess with bad connectivity and another item to charge up before use.

The headphones are soft and comfortable, good size for either adult or older child. And the price was something reasonable unlike many of the current options. Sony is a good reliable brand and I’m happy with my purchase.

These headphones are simply phenomenal! The sound quality is great and the bass is even better! I appreciate it having a mic, so I can chat with my friends online. They are sound resistant, so you'll barely hear any outside no l noise. Definitely a good choice if you're always listening to music

My 17 year old son loves these headphones. They are comfortable to use and have a great sound quality. I love them because unlike most headphones they are durable.

These headphones are comfortable to wear. The headband doesn't hurt the scalp as some in the past have. The cushioned ear pads are very soft and comfy. Music sound is high quality and very clear. The bass is very distinct in this product, adding value to the music itself. There is notable separation of left and right ear sound coming from the headphones.

The Sony headphones are the most comfortable and great sounding headphones I've bought in a while. They sit gently on the ears unlike many others.

I generally prefer Sony headphones overall just because they almost always sound better than most headphones on the market for the average consumer. I also own the Sony MDR XB950BT's but I wanted something to just throw in my backpack for short trips. You get a lot of bass for your buck with these headphones. They're on-ear headphones, which for me get annoying and hurt my ears after long periods of use. But not with these Sony's! The ear cups are a little bit larger than most on-ear headphones and the cushioning is very soft. They sound awesome too. Good bass and overall sound for almost all genres of music.

Wasn't what we were looking for but these headphones are perfect for my boy. Fit is great sound is great and the mic seems flawless.
