Tv has a great picture. The remote is worthless and for this kind on $$ it should be more user friendly. Sony has always lacked in this area and needs to step up their game. The TV is a lot slower in processing commands than any TV I have ever owned. BUT, the picture is one of the best.

I upgraded from my Samsung 60" TV, and I am so happy I did. The picture quality is amazing and is far better overall than my previous TV. Sony has always been a good product in my previous purchases and that quality still stands. I highly recommend this TV, as it is a pure joy to watch.

First and foremost the quality of the image is fantastic. The quality of the image is dramatically higher than any of my previous TVs, including numerous Sharp Aquos models, Vizio models, etc. This unit lives up to the "Sony" brand name. The integrated Android smart TV system works much better than any other system I have used. Most integrated smart TV systems are slow to respond to user input, have limited functionality, break in strange ways, etc. This TV seems to have gotten it mostly if not completely right. It could be ever so slightly snappier to respond but it's dramatically better than anything else I've ever used. The Android based smart-TV updates itself over the Internet smoothly. This TV has built in miracast compatible display mirroring. No need for a separate Roku or something like that. The mirroring is not compatible with the Apple Airplay protocol, though many apps have Miracast integrated into the app itself so it's mostly reasonable.

Bought this on the recommendation of the salesman. It is a great picture. We use a soundbar with it so can't speak to the sound. Geek Squad installed it in a couple of hours including the wall mount and adding an extension plug to make the cord less obvious. Great service and product.

Even though a 2016 model, great picture, price, & quality tv!

Outstanding performance from a 75 inch tv at a great price. Still learning some of the features and options on the tv but the picture is great for movies, games or sports. This is the frirst Sony I have purchased normally a Samsung person but cannot say enough great things about this tv.

I bought this TV to replace the Samsung 7100 65" in my movie room and this TV rocks. Awesome pictures, it's fantastic for game playing and I movies look great on it too. Huge upgrade from the 7100 Samsung! Thank you Sony

The size fits perfectly on our living room wall. It goes great with the TV stand/electric fireplace we purchased at Best Buy to go under our TV. It sure beats having a complete entertainment center installed! Looks great and is functional. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Best picture we have ever seen. Delivery and set up went very smoothly. Out Best Buy sales person explained the features of several different makes and models. After additional research we returned to the store and purchased what we considered the best and it has not disappointed.

bought it when they had this particular model on sale for a very good price. love this TV. Very good, clear, crisp picture quality. Deep black levels. Yet to download and try the iPhone TV Remote app, but saw that the reviews of this app not so great in the app store.

Was looking for a 75" TV with 120 HZ or more for gaming and an RS232 port so I could control with my AMX control system. This TV is way more than I expected and am using it for things I did not expect. This is a smart TV and has a voice remote so I can look up anything like music videos on youtube or any show or movie to see if it is available on our pay services or we can rent and watch instantly. But the main surprise was that I am using it to play games you can download from Google Play and the TV since it is a Sony allows me to sync my Playstation 4 controller! Worth the price and the picture is unbelievable for a 75" display under $3k. Just use the voice command and look up "youtube 4k videos with HDR" and really see how amazing the image on this screen can be! Pretty future proof since no cable/satellite service has every channel or even offer 4K yet. This is a big unit in an even bigger box, so we rented a Uhaul van to pick it up.

I've owned a string of Samsung TVs over the years but decided to make the switch to Sony for my latest purchase. We wanted a large TV to mount on our living room wall and be great for party gatherings or even just to watch the TV while in the kitchen. My expectations have all been blown away. The picture quality is incredible and the software (built on Android TV) is beautiful. It's a really smooth and immersive experience that makes watching TV fun, i.e. I like to browse through all the different things because it works so smoothly. The TV also has support for Playstation Now which is a big plus. I highly recommend this TV.

Bought the 75" Sony XBR 850D for a downstairs entertaining TV mostly for UFC nights along with a Samsung 65" for the master bedroom. Both great TVs. The Sony has incredible color and I love the operating system. Stands up well to bright light and the fast moving picture of sports.

Nice, big TV. Pain in the wazzoo connecting and staying connected to the internet. Tons of apps. Can't use 'em if the TV won't connect or stay connected. Tried using wi-fi. No luck. Ran a cable from the router to the TV. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Gonna call the Geek Squad. They set it up, and it worked. But didn't STAY worked. Every other tv in the house connects. Stays connected. Not this one.

White this TV is more of a true LARGE SCREEN the picture is wonderful! I replaced a 240mHz 55 and this picture is sharper and faster than it ever could be. Watching movies on it, even Judge Judy, brings you into the action! Looking for a smaller second one for the game room.

My husband has been wanting this TV for awhile. when black Friday prices went into effect the Sunday before Thanksgiving, we got it. The picture is so much better than the other brands. It's great to watch football especially the playoffs on. SONY has outdone themselves.

I am very happy with my Sony TV. I was going to get an OLED, but did not want to spend the money. It feels like I''m watching TV in a theater, especially with my Yamaha receiver cranked up! The picture is crisp and the blacks are black. Highly recommend for the price.

We have had this TV for about three weeks and every time we turn it on, we are just blown away! We were lucky that our existing, 10 year old surround system was able to be integrated into our home theater area so the combination of the TV and the sound is simply amazing.
