Picture quality is Amazing in 4K. Love the built in apps and set-up was a breeze!

Initially bought the Sony 850 and then was able to see side by side in the Best Buy Showroom the Sony 850 and 940, no question the 940 is worth the few hundred more just to have the full back light. Picture is much better than the 850. But have to say if you are on a tight budget, the 850 is the best option in that price catagory

Love this tv, large clear picture. My granddaughter says it's like going to the movies. The HD feature is awesome. The tv stand works perfectly and looks very nice in our home. The sound bar provides great sound would love it if I didn't have to turn it on separately.

So far so good, I have not sat down and tweaked this display yet, but the image appears to be pretty good right out of the box. The display physically looks good and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase!

This TV is just awesome. It has a great picture and receives 83 channels with a antenna. The Geek Squad installers couldn't believe it. When you purchase a TV of this quality, have the Geek Squad install it right, the first time. Thanks Best Buy! Albert Friday

Great picture, but the motion rate drags on action movies. writing is a little blurrily. And yes the older DIRECTV system will disappoint you, the system will have to be updated to HD, to give you the quality, On the positive side I like the android system, it is much faster and smoother than the window system on my other TV

Great set up by the geek squad! The surround speaker system works much better than I could've imagined. There is serious jealousy amongst my family and friends. Definitely getting repeat business from me!

Incredible TV. Looks 10 times larger when you get it home. As good or better than the comparable Samsung lines.

I love the picture and everything about the TV except for the Android OS. It has been flakey and has rebooted on about a weekly basis. I don't use the smart functions, I have an apple TV 4k hooked to it for those items. Love the TV and Sony TV's in general, but I wish they would take out the Android part...

This tv has a very good picture. That's a plus! The minus, or reason I say the jury is still out is I have had to do several resets on it to play Netflix. Netflix has guided me through resets each time, plus for them, but a $3000 tv I feel should be free of these little quirks( smart tv!?!?) I'm not sure about that.

We've been on the hunt for a 75" TV for quite some time. We had done our research and connected with Best Buy Kenosha to select TVs. Picture quality was surprisingly better then I expected. The blackness/ night darkness in widescreen movies is seamless with the top and bottom black bars. This 75 inch TV replaced my 1080p 65inch TV which still works with no problems for the past 12yrs.

This Sony 75" set was highly rated by others and well deserving of their praise. From the time it was installed (professionally) it has performed flawlessly, picture is breathtaking. Wall mounting might be best but we are happy with the mounting stand.

I can not say enough about Best Buy employees. They are great to work with in any situation. They installed our 75 inch TV for us and did an excellent job. My husband and I are very satisfied and happy with this purchase, and the wall mounting of this TV.

In general, great tv. Have some concerns with getting a black screen with audio only. Found some troubleshooting tips to do a hard rest of the tv (unplug entirely) for 60 seconds. This resolved the problem, but for a 2 month old tv, this was quite concerning. Overall, tv picture is great, smart tv use is great.

I bought to replace a Sony 2015 X850C that had 3d but other internal issues. I was disappointed to find out the new model did not have 3D and did not want to spend $3000 for the X940 that had it. The picture is very good but even better after getting it calibrated. Well worth the money. Might spring for the 940 later.

Great picture being middle of the line. Being edge lit isn't bad. if you set it up right it's just as good as full array I have no light bleeding issues or clouding that people talk about. I also bought a 55in. And that one as well. No problems.

I was very hopeful for this television purchase. Having extensively studied these units and competitive models I felt that this one was a winner. I can tell you you'll be very disappointed. Sadly this model is inferior to last year's model. It is also vastly inferior to many other systems even the Visio P series. It has an IPS panel versus a VA panel. You will find VA panels on all of from Visio Samsung and Sony even last year's 850C had a VA panel. Although the unit is capable of producing very nice high resolution scenes in bright situations as soon as darkness comes into play the picture quality is poor two unacceptable. For the price I would expect much more. Sadly I was forced to make the decision to stick with a 65 inch Samsung 8000. To get into the 75 inch category with a TV with a decent picture costs 6K plus with the exception of the now Chinese owned Visio .

Did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing my xbr X850D 75 inch. Picture is crisp,bright and sharp.set up was quick and easy. 4k wyfy technology is unbelievable! Only downside is I have to upgrade my receiver to be compatible with the tv.

Good value, very happy with the TV. Very clear images and great colors. Size-wise, always go bigger as your budge allows. This TV looked huge the first couple of days we had it, but after just a week, I feel that I could have an even bigger one.
