It's hard to find anything negative to say about this TV. It's glorious in all its 4K beauty, and easy to use. Many of the features feel like overkill (I never use 3D viewing), but all - including the "smart TV" features - are useful and sensible. Best Buy's price was, of course, JUST RIGHT.

75 in screen shows vivid life like pictures and scenes. Brightness is just right and comfy to the eyes. Loaded with my favorite apps like Netflix, amazon, vudu, starzs, epix, Hbo and many more. Also can download lots more as you like. TV is simply the right size and thickness for my living room. Love it!

This Sony TV is everything we wanted and some! The color, sound, picture and quality are excellent. We searched online and a few local stores. At the end of the day, this tv was our sole choice. We got it on sale during 'Black Friday," and the overall price made our purchase an even sweeter deal.

Super easy setup, amazing picture quality, fantastic upscaling. Watching an HD movie on Netflix honestly looks like it was native 4K. Crisp picture, deep blacks, bright colors. Love the Android TV and built in casting. My only minor gripe is that the remote feels cheap for a TV of this quality.

Purchase review 10 months later. Still runs perfectly fine with no problems. Sleek/slim beautiful design. We've bought a bigger home and upgraded from our 70". Noticeable upgrade to go with the bigger living area. The sound is very minimal so an additional system would work best with it.

I enjoy HD TV, I previously had an LG so my review is based in comparison from transitioning from the LG 65UB9500 to this sony product. Unfortunately I accidentally damaged the screen on my LG and needed to buy a new tv, still have geek squad protection on it but they don't cover accidental incursions. I read the reviews and saw that Vizio was tops along with LG and samsung for a 75 inch class tv but I wanted a Sony, and now I feel sick after seeing how pixelated everything is when watching HD channels. Sport channels have to be the worst. They said this sony tv has a real quick update for motion, but it really doesn't matter if the picture starts with pixels scattered around the soccer ball or even in baseball the jerseys look like they have confetti on them. Netflix shows are good on it, that is why it is a 3 star and the size of 75 inch is crazy. I bought this 2 days ago and i'm on the edge of seeing if I can return it and look into getting something else. Along with the really poor clarity the colors are not vivid at all. It almost has a milky or some sort of clear coat over the picture where the colors just won't pop even when trying to adjust in the settings. And lastly the sound is poor, but sony is notorious in providing poor sound quality in their over priced TVs hence why they will knock off $200 for a select group of sound bars. This is my honest review and I hope you take everything I say into consideration when thinking with going with a somewhat trusted tech giant Name. I'd probably look into going back to LG even if I have to pay a bit more since being satisfied is a great feeling. You will feel sick once you see what I am talking about.

I bought this TV to replace 70" 4K Vizio. The Vizio was nice, but it lacked HDR, and several other features. The picture quality is fantastic, and I see a big difference in games, movies and shows being upscaled to 4K or watching them natively; the live football mode really enhances the vivid colors of the game. Setup was very easy, but it does take a little while to install the initial updates, this is despite me having extremely fast internet. My only complaint would be the Sony video app. We were gifted 4 movies via a promotion because we purchased the TV, but the streaming is hit or miss. I streamed a 4K HDR movie with minimal hiccups, but the second movie was unwatchable due to the constant pauses for buffering. Again, I have extremely fast internet, and do not have these problems when streaming anything else. Despite this one complaint, the TV is fantastic and is a very good high-end television. As a side note, I use a PS4 and Xbox One S to game, and they look fantastic.

I recently upgraded my sony 55" LCD to this 75" XBR and let me tell you, I love it! Picture is vibrant and bright. Night and day compared to my older TV. I read some reviews of folks being very picky about this TV, but for this price, you can't find a better TV with these specs.

I can actually read everything now that I have this 75 inch Sony in our bedroom. (My eyes aren't what they used to be). I only own Sony Televisions and I bought them at Best Buy. The Best Buy "Sony Expert" was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the best choice of a Sony. It is a well made and sturdy product. The picture is absolutely outstanding. I understand that after 100 hours of break in time, the Geek Squad can come out and perform an enhancement upgrade that will make the picture even better, which is hard to believe that it could be any better, and will also increase the life of the set (although I have never "worn out a Sony TV"). I also bought the same model in 65 inches for my daughter and Son-in-Law for Christmas. You will not go wrong with this Sony!

I have now had this tv for a month and I am very pleased. I have DirecTV 4k and this tv syncs with it perfectly. The apps and streaming are excellent as well. Great size for me- love the clarity of the tones and colors. Gerat value and Sony is my first and only choice in televisions.

Kind of soon for a review but, since I was asked to review this item, I will oblige. After going thru 2 65 " Samsung Curved Screen TVs, of which both failed after less than 30 days each, I decided to upgrade to the Sony 75" HD 4K smart TV. This is in no way a rebuke of Samsung itself & certainly Best Buy. I have had Samsung products for almost 25 years as well as over 25 years with Best Buy & both have excellent. I chalk it up to 2 bad units from the same batch. That being said, I have been very happy with the Sony for almost a month & am looking forward to the calibration that is drawing close, can't say enough about the upgrade in the picture quality & value that doing it adds in the life of the screen over in time as well as the cost in it saves over the coming years in the power usage of the screen. But I am getting ahead of myself here, I have had Sony before with good results. Right after the double failure of the Samsung's I still recommended Best Buy to my best friend &, after seeing how they responded to my situation, he proceeded to purchase a 65" TV, a sound system, a wall mount as well as a calibration. 5 Stars for Best Buys commitment to providing quality Customer Service!

Very impressed with size of tv with so many features. Good picture with decent sound. Very thin design. Plenty of inputs to hook up all my equipment. Only complaint I have is Bluetooth won't connect to my soundbar after several attempts. Happy that it is a direct tv ready capable, but haven't got that to work either with wireless wifi.

I had a built in home theater setup based on BluRay. Decided to upgrade to 4KHD. Bought the 75' XBR X850D, a Samsung 4KHD player and "4KHD worthy" HDMI cables. Wow. The TV alone sounded as good as my 8 year old but built in system. Humm. Back to Best Buy, scored a Marantz / Magnolia Class Receiver. More wow. Ran setup with included mic. Really More Wow. I am using the Monitor Audio (Silver) speakers I already had, which were just loafing along before. Now they could move my house off the foundation and slap my ear drums together in the middle of my head if I turned it up more than 1/2 way. I have the Subwoofer turned almost all the way down but the whole rig still sends my dog under the bed in the back bedroom. To quote several neighbors, "Your home theater really sounds like a theater." I think so too. I bought a few 4KHD SciFi movies and the picture quality is just amazingly realistic. Very satisfied, to say the least.

It's not Sony's best TV, but it is by far a better TV than the competition. I was always a Samsung TV guy, but the Sony TV's have really stepped up their game, and are making TV's with amazing picture quality. It was also easy to set up. I highly recommend this TV.

My family and I are super happy with this TV both in terms of the quality of the picture (which even in just normal HD is awesome) but also the smart TV options and the 4K just blows you away. Price went down right after I bought it and Best Buy matched without issue.

We finally decided to get rid of our old back-projection wide screen TV (yup the kind that sticks out 3 feet in the back) which served us well in the past years. We have had alot of Sony applicances and generally like Sony, but that being said, we still decided to shop around before deciding on this one. We compared all available 75" (we knew that's the size we wanted) and finally settled on this one even though we were leaning towards a Samsung for a while. Turns out Samsung had some image issues that can be seen in dark colors. We have an xbox, PS4 and a Wii, so good picture quality was important. We LOVE this TV, it even had a "Live Football" mode we use when watching games, and it has been nothing but superior. It's pretty user friendly. This is the only Smart TV we have in the house, so I can't really say much about other smart TVs, but this one is fantastic. No regrets on this purchase!

I spent several weeks deciding, several hours researching, and took trips to many stores looking at TVs and speaking with associates. I am very happy with the decision I made... the TV is easy to use with the Android OS and the quality of the picture is amazing.

The Sony 75" flat TV delivers an outstanding viewing quality. The crystal clear image is astonishing and the true color is amazing! With an added surrounding sound system, the TV produces a movie theatre effect. Definitely a highly recommendable product.

In my opinion there is no better value for the money. I bought a 75 inch version as well. Easy set up and intuitive operation. Normally, I am a Samsung / LG guy but I could not ignore the superior picture this Sony delivers for the same price as Samsung.
