    First delivered TV was defective, but replaced by Best Buy with no problem. TV picture and features are a disappointment, not worth $3K.

    it took sometime for them to deliver the TV I bought. ended up going To their office and ask about the status. the personnel from store help me out. after that they give me a date when they can deliver it; but I already spend 1 day off from work for nothing.

    The 4K quality is definitely there but a couple things the tv lacks compared to Samsung's line of tvs. To begin, the screen mirroring from tablets/phones is such a hassle. Problems problems problems!!! It takes so long that I gave up trying to screen mirror my smartphone to the tv. It also does not have the feature of split screen. I was so use to browsing the internet while watching tv on my samsung. The remote is "ok". It isn't anything fancy. I find myself on my 65" samsung more because of the lack of features and its not as user-friendly. I definitely wish i had waited for samsung 2016 75" . I honestly would even take last years model over my Sony 2016 HDR. Beyond disappointed.

    Bad TV. Worse Customer Service

    I bought this TV with high hopes given the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I should have listened to the negative ones. There is terrible light bleed on the edges of the screen and lots of clouding, especially when watching 4K content. Also, the blacks are closer to grey unless the brightness is turned way down which makes dark scenes unwatchable. Worse than the picture on the TV was the customer service or at least the BB policy they are enforcing. First, a little background on my purchase. I was looking to have this up in time for the Super Bowl but the delivery window wasn't until the following Monday so I ordered it online for in-store pickup (big mistake). I then called in a favor and borrowed a car to retreive this very large TV. I cannot stress enough how gigantic this TV box is. I used a Ford Expedition XLT and there was literally no room to spare. So we managed to get it home and up on the wall with no issues or damage to the set. The Super Bowl looked fine but the TV failed in other areas mentioned earlier. I wanted to give it a fair shake and would have liked to exchange it for a replacement to ensure it wasn't just a problem with the set I purchased. I hoped they would deliver the replacement and take the first TV back at that time so I didn't have to figure out a way to return it to the store. So I called Best Buy online customer support and they told me I would have to call the store since it was a store pickup (after being disconnected or hung up on the first call). Fine, I called Magnolia and eventually someone answered and they told me it wasn't possible to do this. I would have to bring the TV back to the store and then they could schedule a delivery because I bought it online for store pickup. However, they said if I had purchased it in store then they could do the exchange as requested. Awesome policy. I then gave BB online a call back to see if they wanted to do anything about this issue and this time around I got a friendly and apologetic version of "go pound sand". So Uber XL will be taking me to the local Best Buy to flush this oversized doo-doo.

    Had to return the first set, due to vertical wavy lines on the top right corner of the screen.Got my second set but blacks appear a little gray in the dark but great brights.

    The android os is pretty nice, but it's very buggy. The boot up and random crashes is pretty annoying. i wish samsung made a 75 inch 8k series.Other then that the tv is fine.

    First one was a dud. As soon as any video signal was input through HDMI swarming fireflies artifact was filling the screen. Not visible in bright portions of the image but very annoying in the darker areas. This included xbox one s connected with 4K Fusion cord. Took it back. Picking up replacement in few days. With this kind of an experience I dished out for 2 year protection plan. Disappointed, had many Sony TVs, including 60" HD that is now 6 years old and still flawless. Will update once replacement unit is hooked up

    Tried to use on my basement. Very bad contrast in a dark room. Returned it for a Vizio P series. Much happier with the Vizio.
