I really liked the phone. It was solid and the display was very nice. The deal breaker was the size. It was too big to fit in my clutch without taking up a lot of space. I returned it for something smaller.

First off, I have wanted this phone since I first laid eyes on it on Black Friday. I didn't pull the trigger then, and it shot up 100 dollars the next day. Well when I saw this refurbished, for LESS than the Black Friday sale price, I jumped on it. Best Buy refurbished products are literally like new. If it weren't for the box and motorola charger, there is no way you would know this wasn't brand new. I could not be happier with its condition. The phone itself is absolutely amazing. The 5.5 inch screen is simply beautiful. I have no idea what Sony does with its screens, but this phone is one of the few phones that you can use in broad daylight easily. Samsung and LG may look better in that dark Best Buy lighting, but this Sony blows it away in real life outdoor use. Camera... Are you kidding me? There is a reason 90% of cell phone companies use Sony technology in their phones. This Xperia C4 has a fantastic rear camera that can compete with every 700 dollar on the market. (for 1/3 the price wit this refurbished phone).. However the front facing selfie camera is BETTER than ever other non Sony phone out there. It beats the S6, Note 5, LG G4, or any other high priced phone you can think of. I also own the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra and it's the only phone I have used that compares. Battery, I average 4 1/2 hours screen on time and 12 hours total. Pretty average, but it works for me. Build quality.... It's a Sony Xperia... They make solid Black, White, or Green slabs. You either love the design or not. I happen to like the look and absolutely love the feel in hand. I don't feel like I am holding a piece of glass that will shatter if I breath on it too hard. (I'm looking at you Apple and Samsung) Bottom line is this.... I got an unlocked top of the line phone for 179.99 out the door. You will not find a better phone at this price. Not even everyone's unlocked hero phone, the Moto G, can hang with the Xperia c4. Don't let the refurbished word scare you, Best Buy will back up its products. This will be the best 200 dollars you will spend if you are looking for a new phone. Period!

Bought this phone as a replacement for my teenage son. He absolutely loves it, looked new on arrival. Don't be scared of the refurb. This is a feature loaded phone that looks and works flawlessly.

This is a great phone. Excellent performance for the price!! I was in the market for a new phone when I came across this beauty. Was very hesitant because of it being "refurbished". But as I looked around at other phones and read reviews. I just couldn't find a phone with all the features this phone had at that price. So I decided to take the plunge. Let me tell you has been an excellent experience. I have had the phone for 3 weeks now and have not encountered a single issue. The performs well, the camera is great, excellent screen. My only gripe might be battery life but different users might get different milage. But this phone is absolutely outstanding for the price great bang for the buck if you don't want to be locked into a carrier contract. Most other phones with same features cost twice as much.
