Haven't had any issues. Only thing is I would like is the 7.0 android update which it is suppose to be getting. It is the only model out of this generation of sony phones to have not got the update yet. Other then that I love everything about the phone. Battery life could be better but I have so many portable battery options that doesn't bother me. Only other thing you could critique is how quiet the external speaker is, doesn't get loud enough but again. I have plenty of bluetooth options and not a reason i bought the phone.

Bought this phone on sale for a family member.. after every other phone I got them this one had no complaints for the price.

I was amazed with the display and clarity when I first powered it on. Difficult to understand how to use the touchscreen at first, but when understood it was very nice. First Sony Xperia.

For the price of this Sony phone and all the things it offers and does, you wouldn't find another deal like this if you don't buy it

Though big SONY fan, I am relatively dispappointed with their phones: many excellent features and some poor basic phones, i.e. camera.

First smart phone. Easy to learn and operate. Large screen. Great picture quality. Camera quality incredible.

The screen looks very good. The camera works great. Poor battery though, I have to charge this phone every single day.

This is a decent mid-range phone. The main downside is that Sony has not released the Nougat (7.0) upgrade yet - but has promised to support it.

The price point is excellent for what is offers. Cant ask for anything better for what it's worth

This phone does everything that I need it to do. The only issue is the speaker is kinda low when watching A video or listening to music.

It seemed like a good phone and reasonable but realized I could not do wifi calling so I had to return it. Our carrier, t-mobile, has lousy tower reception and I had relied on wifi calling. Salesperson could have mentioned it before I bought it; had to pay $75 restocking fee when I returned it! If he had said btw no wifi, I might have bought a more expensive phone, so it would have been a bonus for best buy

If I decided to get a phone definitely Sony is the best option, but this phone in particular have small screen
