This phone is a winner. I wanted a larger screen and a camera that takes beautiful pictures.

This phone is pretty well rounded for the price point. Has room for improvement but then it would probably not be quite as affordable.

Nice feel, big 6 inch screen, bright clear display. Does not have many of the average sensors found on new phones. Good basic smartphone.

It was a nice phone. Just too big for one handed usage. Couldn't text one handed. Hated to trade it in but not suitable for my needs.

Good phone! Strong, no issues yet. But, like all smart phones, they have minor known issues. Turns off when it gets too hot! "Really?"

The phone was easy to learn, and to use. I get compliments on the design of it. I like the size and the options. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The phone is very large and very study feeling. I didn't feel like it was going to drop and it didn't feel like a plastic bar. The screen is shiny which is somewhat unusual because some phones are more matte. It was a great, big screen though. Even when I had the brightness down as far as it could go it was still very bright. The problem was the design of the phone: the home, volume, and camera buttons are all on the right side so they're very easy to push. They're also so close together. The camera was good but it didn't seem like it was 21MP good. The issue I had, which led to me returning the phone, is that the volume would randomly increase on its own. I thought it was an app so I started in safe mode and everything but the phone would go from vibrate/silent to the lowest volume. The second issue was that the screen would randomly be "unresponsive" and it would freeze. Keep in mind, I only had the phone for 10 days before these problems happened. There also isn't any good cases or screen protectors out there for this phone. The screen protectors that I purchased were always too short or too skinny.

Way better than a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, which I had prior. I trust any Sony product over Samsung products. Plus you get 2 great cameras with flash on both. Been buying Sony unlocked phones for over 15 years. I love their phones and glad that Best Buy sells them now. Two thumbs up. This mid range phone is better than some flagship phones of other brands. Go out and get one!

I bought this phone for my mom and she loves it. Great camera and screen size.

Pros: Good Camera Quality Cons: - first 4 months no issue with WIFI connectivity, but now it is not connecting to WIFI at all. - Frequent Bluetooth connection drop off, you need to keep pairing the paired devices,. it does not retain the connection. - Poor location finding ability, you will lose GPS connection a lot.. I woud not recommend this mobile.

No complaints from my son whom was insistent on getting the Galaxy Note or Edge for over $900 but after much talk and discussing the difference of a $300 unlocked phone he is now so happy he went with this phone. He uses it for his business with customers and it has been great. He said even the sales people at the wireless store were oogling over the phone.

The phone itself looks pretty cool to me as its programs are running fairly too. Although its information says battery life is 2700mah, the real usage of it is more than enough for a day if you're not a game addictor. Overall, the phone works great and worth $$. There's one thing that seems annoying to me is the keyboard sometimes gets frozen at a few spots. Its solution I've tried is to restart the phone, and it works perfectly fine again.

This phone looks great, and has a good camera. But IF YOU BREAK ANYTHING ON THIS PHONE, PRPARE TO BUY A NEW phone. Sony does not do repairs, nor can anyone shop, etc because Sony does not make replacement parts for this phone.

Its a good and all just the internal memory got full with in 3 weeks not good in that aspect.

Phone has a great camera and the screen is nice very clear

Takes great pictures and does everything I need it to. =)
