Do not buy it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was using Sony Xperia T2 Ultra prior to this phone and after that phone died after 3 years, I decided to buy XA1 Ultra, which is the newer version of my previous phone. On the first week after purchase, phone screen started to shut down during my calls and it could not be able to show the screen for a couple of minutes. Phone stayed unresponsive during the screen shut-down and I contacted with Sony support. None of the solutions they provided worked and they did not provide me a service center location information. After 3 months from the purchase, phone screen shut-down after screen lock and stayed unresponsive for hours and this problem started to occur very frequently. This screen shut-down problem is a common issue with this model and as far as I researched, Sony did not provide a solution or recall for these models. Stay away from this phone and possibly any other Xperia models because they are defective and Sony does not have a service center in the US.

Good phone,bad seller

Best Buy does not respect customer, they trick you if you don't have experience. Should be careful what you buy at Best Buy, make sure you get the right product with right condition.
