You will notice more different pictures & videos uploaded through social media that taken by other phones you will notice some are blurry . Maybe because this phone is so much high definition

So pretty, I was super excited to get it. Nice and big, great camera. I set it up and got ready to be impressed. Phone was fine, screen large and easy to navigate. After a couple of days I realized it was a super headache to have to fuss and fiddle with it every time I got in the car as the Bluetooth wouldn't hook up. It would work and then next time...we have to reboot and sometimes re-pair. Wifi...same deal. As much as I wanted to keep it that was a deal breaker for me. This phone has so much to offer but these are two features I really need to work every time without a hiccup. I wouldn't say don't buy this phone, I would say judge how important the Bluetooth and wifi are to you. Maybe I just didn't get the hang of it but my other phones have not troubled me in this regard.

It's a good and big phone like I like it but the only problems are: - the Camera. The back Camera is supposedly 23MP but the quality is not that clear and it gets even worse at Night and I had high expectations about that camera :( - Also, it's hard to take selfies in apps like snapchat, whatsapp etc... because the side camera button only works for the phone's camera and since the phone is edge to edge, whenever I hold the phone to take a selfie, my hand touches the screen and makes it zoom in. - it's annoying that whenever I'm typing, if I type very fast, the screen will also zoom in and I have no idea how to disable that function :(

I love this phone. So much cheaper and does the exact same thing a Samsung phone would do.

I bought this phone outright as a secondary device as i didn't wanted to enroll in a monthly payment scam of service providers...this device is an average performing like most of sony phones considering sony has fastest new releases as their phones gets outdated and are unreliable so fast or they just lack the quality that no service providers bid for them....knowing all these facts i still opted in for one thinking that after all these years sony should have learned but unfortunately they are persistent in repeating failures one after another and they just don't stop. I bought this phone for 2 main reasons one for camera and other for maybe sound quality for audio playing...and it definitely sucks terribly in those 2 fields. It does average in other features such as memory,performance, battery life. It takes worse videos whether day or night all blurry and out of focus. It claims to have 23mp camera its takes worse videos then a vga camera i swear my 10 year old blackberry takes better videos then this. There are just no options for video adjustmenst or focus....i have recorded videos in manhattan bright sunny day and video came out as if i recorded off of a television screen...blurry and pixelated...i don't if its the update. Even pictures don't come out good theres no image stabilization option...so anyways i paid 349.99+ tax so i think it was a rip off i could have gotten htc h11 for $150 more and that phone was 1 million times better in every aspect then this crap...probably will pass it on to some relative in india...im sure even they wouldn't want it...very poor. I think sony should stick to what they are good at and thats is making T.V.s.

It was a good enough phone for a reasonable price.

This phone looks and feels great but is a terrible buy. After owning it for just 3 weeks the phone stopped charging past 30%. I called Sony about the problem they told me I had to download the Xperia software to fix this issue but it appeared to be related to the hardware but they said they would do nothing about it until I tried this Xperia software. Finally I download the software and in this Xperia application on my computer it says I cannot use it unless my phone is charged to 80% so it was a waste of my time. I tried charging the phone overnight and instead of it charging the battery drained even further now the phone is at 2% then it finally died. I called them back had to mail it in to them and there customer services is terrible so now I am without a phone for 14 days not counting the weekends and best buy would not take the phone back because it was over 14 days old. This purchase was a waste of money and I have a feeling I will get it back and have issues over and over again.

The included charger is not a fast type despite specifications described fast charging. The charge time from almost 0 to 100 about 3hr. Sony support is useless. After buying a Uch12 charger that on Sony website showed to be compatible fast charger my phone still took 3hr to charge. Sony customer service claimed it was a wrong charger any pointed at Uch12w with European plug. Bestbuy customer service was clueless as well.

No bloat, fantastic screen, speed and powerful. This is a gem in the phone world. Using it with T-mobile with zero problems

I had to return/swap the device several times at the beginning due to malfunctions that the Geek Squad could not fix. I thought that I had a working unit the last time, however... I went to use the camera today for the very first time, and low and behold, the camera is no good. Out of around 25 photos, I may have gotten 3 decent ones. The camera lags big time, and only produces decent photos extremely closeup. One of the main reasons for choosing this device was for the camera (23MP). The camera never met up to the advertisements. The front facing camera sticks/lags as well. The flash hang on the first selfie. I ended up having to shut the camera down. Furthermore, my videos do not play smoothly. Lastly, when I am on the line, the call waiting feature works about 5 percent of the time. I have missed so many calls. I am at my wits end with this phone, and have come to the conclusion that I have made a very bad investment. I have never had these same types of issues with a mobile device "period." I am extremely disappointed with Sony, and this experience is going to have me re-think my future purchase of an extremely high end digital Sony camera. This is around day 15 for me, so of course it is out of the warranty phase. Although the other issues went to corporate level, I am somewhat just over this entire ordeal. At this point, I just want a re-fund, which is what I am going to start working on tomorrow. I was able to get over the fact that I miss a ton of calls, and the videos not playing so well. However, when it comes to pictures, I definitely need better quality photos, and a camera that is not hanging after each use.

i just bought but then i received a system update notif and when i did my phone wont start anymore brought it back to bestbuy but nthey cant fix it and told me to use xperia companion. now its turning on but then ended up useless as it connects to my google account with 2 step verification i know the email and pw but google is sending the code to my old phone number...when i bought the phone i changed my number too... contacted sony and they said there is nothing they can do...and not hearing from google... it is frustrating as sony wont do anything to jailbreak or reset it...saying its not the product but the system...the system they choose to use for their product and they dont have a backup solution for cases like mine where in the first place its their SYSTEM UPDATE messed up my phone.....so just wasted money u cant even get a replacement as the phone is useless...

Great phone at the time fast internet and android systems all together.

Got this phone only for camera..Worst rear view camera.selfi is good with flash...I doubt weather I got a defect piece..and was disappointed.

This phone is garbage. I purchased this phone in January and it died a month later due to battery drain issues. Sent it to Sony for manufacturers warranty and they refused to fix the issue. Best Buy and Sony both turned their backs and did not help me with my phone so unfortunately I was out of $250 bucks the time of purchase.

I liked this phone while it worked, but the microphone died after six months. Ridiculous.

Sony has no US repair options. If you get this you should get the warranty from Best Buy. No third party companies offer repairs on this or older phones and Sony won't support repairs. Their warranty on US repair policy is "buy a new one"
