I do have a hard time getting them seated right in my ears for the noise cancelling, but once I do, the sound is amazing. I love the ease of charging them in the charging case when I'm not using them. I would recommend.

Not really noise cancelling but worth the price.

Although they claim to be noise cancelling, I dont think so. In addition, you cannot connect them to two different items - like your cell phone and tablet. They only connect to one.

I wear one at a time and switch out when one goes dead . I can hear very good and clear when I'm on the phone. People say they can understand me clearly as well. They do not hurt my ears either they fit comfortably.

The other caller could not hear me, but I could hear them! I got these for a steal which I should have known they were not going to last long lol! So I was able to return them under my two year warranty and the Geek Squad said they were not repairable so I actually had no choice. I was given a store credit in the amount I paid, which was fine because I ended up purchasing a pair of Apple AirPods along with a two warranty. Let’s see how these hold up!

- Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference.
- Choose the Liberty Air 2 Pro on your phone if you pick up the call via the phone instead of the headset directly.
- Clean the microphone hole with a clean, dry, and soft brush, cotton swabs, or other tools if the volume of mic is not clear or low.

This one has an app that allows you to customize the noise cancelling features with tons of options with sound equalizing. The only issue that I find that they don’t allow volume up and volume down with swipes on the ear buds. I have to hold my finger on it and even then it only goes up or down one volume point each time so it makes it pointless to use that function. You can do one tap but then anything that touched it tends to mess with volume. Like if you miss the double tap to pause now your turning it down twice.
