I had to return them. They do have a lot of options and maybe my ears are oddly shaped? I had read quite a lot of reviews that were very positive and most people really liked them, sadly I could not get a good enough seal to be able to hear the quality for myself.

Earbud already playing lower than it should

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Upgrade the APP and firmware to the latest version and then do the fit test until you get both earbuds passed.
Hint: Searching 60WlRunxwHw on a search engine for a short video showing how to get a proper fit of your earbuds:
- Try to turn up the volume on the connected devices.
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
If you have tried all the tips but still fail to pass the test, please let us know if all the ear tips which came with your device are too big or too small for you.

NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE ANKER LIBERTY AIR PRO 2

They are not a comfortable fit as they tend to be loose and fall out after time. You cannot use them for activities and the noise cancelation is not good. I used them on a flight and heard the background noise clearly. The volume and bass response is not good either. Don't waist your money.

The fit is great, but they are just not secure at all. Really unfortunate given the quality of these and how hyped they have been.

No issues whatsoever. My only wish is there was audible confirmation when the earbuds are placed in the ear. Other earbuds I've had played a sound then something like "Battery High".
