    Bought these today based on the reviews of call quality. I cant even comment on whether or not the quality is good as the left bud connected but not the right. After going through the troubleshooting steps from anker they no longer connect at all. It stopped showing up in bluetooth. Ive tried multiple devices, resetting the headset again, reseting the devicea and nothing. Dont waste your money.

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I know you've tried some troubleshooting, but to confirm the problem once more, we kindly ask you also try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to be helpful;

      1- Clear (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      2- Reset the earbuds again (Search UPqIjsCRfCk on search engine for the video).
      3- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty Air 2 Pro and pair the device to see if that worked.

    Earbuds Do Not Fit

    The sound quality is average to good, battery life is alright, but they have a terrible fit. None of the earbud covers fit even remotely comfortably in my ears, and this is the first set of earbuds I ever owned that didn't fit well. Because of the poor fit, the noise cancellation is also usually not effective. I also have problems where using certain computer programs like OBS will cause the bluetooth connection to cut in and out in a mess of static, even after updating drivers.

    I wish that I stick to my old Liberty 2 Pro instead of this Air 2 Pro. The main problem with this Air 2 Pro is its Bluetooth which is excessively weak with much shorter distance than Liberty 2 Pro, e.g., Air 2 Pro loses bluetooth connection for distance about 30 feet, while the Liberty 2 Pro can go much longer distance. The sound quality of Liberty 2 Pro is also far better than Air 2 Pro. Don't buy Air 2 Pro, buy Liberty 2 or 3 Pro instead.

    The Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds sound great and are loaded with lots of features which put you in almost complete control of your listening experience with just a few taps here and there. They sound great and allow you to hear all of the sounds the artists intended for the listener to hear. I’ve been listening to my Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds for about a week now and couldn’t be happier. It seems like each day I discover something new about them, a new feature or another area where I can make an adjustment to improve my listening experience. I received my Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds via mail. They arrived nicely packaged, in an undamaged box. I opened it and was able to quickly find the quick start guide and manual (which are also available within the app), the carrying case and the earbuds themselves. I have the black pair, which look like space gray, but are a beautiful dark gray and black combination matte color that look simplistic, and mininual, but also kinda elegant. They do not stick out far from your ears and a times, they are so lite in weight that you sometimes forget they are in your ears. After I unpacked everything, I plugged in the case to fully charge it, and read the quick start guide. It was recommended to download the Soundcore app to take advantage of the additional features, and to customize the earbuds to my preferences. I downloaded the Soundcore app and was able to adjust active noise canceling (ANC) and adjust for other environmental settings. It was extremely easy to pair it with my cell phone via bluetooth. It’s the same simple process to connect it to your tablet, computer or even your bluetooh enabled devices. The Soundcore app is well designed and very user friendly. It makes connecting to your device easy and has lots of Great app and easy customization options. It is loaded with lots of user control options. There are also some great “how to use” videos on the various features and the buds themselves. The Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds are equipped with wearing detection so that when you place them in your ears you can began listing to your audio and when you want to stop listening you simply take them out of your ears and the sound stops. There are voice prompts as well. I appreciate the ability to conduct firmware updates wirelessly; although I didn’t get notified that there was an update available. I just happened to look around in the app and found there was one waiting. It took a long time for update. Hope it was just due to the initial update. I also like that the Quick Start Guide and User Manual is within the app. There is no turn off feature within the app or on the earbuds, and in that regard, they are highly dependent on the case. But the case is so light and easy to use that you simple pop them back in the case and they turn off automatically. The Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds are stored in a nice small matte black storing case that fists easily in hand and pocket. The case is lite as well as the earbuds themselves. I appreciate the way the lid slides back to open, making it very easy to place your earbuds inside when not in use. The case can be charged wired or wirelessly. The earbuds charged pretty fast. Strong magnets pull and hold them in place. The earbuds come with lots of ear tips (9 pairs). There’s also an ear tip fit test within the app so you shouldn’t have a hard time finding the right fit for you that feels comfortable in your ears but also seal out unwanted noise. Additionally, you have ANC that allows you to adjust the earbuds to the level of sound you want blocked out or allowed in. The ANC is pretty good, it’s not the best that I have heard, but it is better than most. The transparency feature is just okay. You are able to hear outside sounds, but it sounds a little weird. However, when you’re listening to music, and have the sound all the way up, the outside noise is blocked and the noise cancellation feature is at its best. The Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless sound great. I can hear all the instruments in my music. It isn’t very loud, but I can enjoy listening to them at full volume level without them being at a level too dangerous for my ear drums. The sound is separated with precision. Stereo sounds and all the voices and instruments sound separated and working in concert which makes for a fantastic listening experience. I even use them at night to listen to audio books. They have 7 Hours of listening time, which is more than enough to get through a long workout and some. The carrying case makes it 26 hours total so you don’t have to rush to change them at the end of the day. Making phone calls with the earbuds is clear but there are times when the calls sound muffled and you can hear your own voice on calls. However, I changed tips and the phone calls were much better and the listener on the other end did not have any trouble hearing me for the duration of our call. Overall, The Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro Wireless Earbuds sound great and are a great bargain for the retail price. You won’t get board using these and taking advantage of the multitude of features and the high quality sound they produce. I keep them on may person at all times, day and night.
