||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THESE DO NOT HOLD A CHARGE FOR CRAP! And I don’t even use them that often, I fully charge them and then try to use them and they are dead. I thought it was me that I must have bumped them but no it’s just that they are a piece of crap!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated). If the case LED does not light up, please charge the case first. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source to charge it for 2 hours.
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterwards before using.
3. Please place the earbuds correctly into the charging case. When you put the earbuds back into the case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally. Charge the headphones for 1.5 hours until they are fully charged. While charging the LED on the earbuds is breathing. When the devices are full, the LEDs will turn off.

Meh - there are better things out there for the mo
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Meh - very limited controls (can go forward but not backwards) and not that comfortable. Carrying case feels cheap. I'll probably give these away. I have a pair of raycon that are just superior to these in every way for about the same price.

Comfy and noise cancelling
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These wireless earphones came packaged really nicely. I love the display of ear bud tips. You have so many different sizes to choose from. I keep mine safely in the box in my drawer so I dont lose them. The earbuds were very easy to connect to my iPhone XR. I did not have any problems connecting to these earbuds, even though I have had issues with other brands. This was a cinch to connect. The sound quality is great and I love that they really are noise cancelling! They are very comfortable to wear and easily charges right in the case. I actually have only had to charge the case once so far and I have had it over a week. I dont use them all day, but I use it pretty frequently. I really like how it slides to open and close the earbud case. These are really good earbuds that I would recommend.

Great option for the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds offer a wonderful option for those who are looking for a pair of true wireless noise cancelling earbuds that don't break the bank. While they don't have audiophile quality, the wide variety of ear tip sizes, long battery life, and sweat-resistant IP rating ensure you can have a comfortable fit regardless of your activity. The build of the case (yes that's important to consider because you will carrying that in your pocket/ bag as well as their overall style is very nice as well. However, the best part about these earbuds is that they offer pretty good noise cancellation at the price point. The value is certainly there and I recommend for anyone wanting a bargain true wireless headset with noise cancelling.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds (Search UPqIjsCRfCk on search engine for the video).
1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white. Wait until the LED indicator on one of the earbuds flashes fast while the other flashes slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty Air 2 Pro and pair the device to see if that worked.
- Try to turn up the volume on the connected devices.
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
- Try other sizes eartips to ensure you're using one that fits well and creates a tight seal. (Search 60WlRunxwHw on search engine for the video)

Almost OK all around
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it comes to wireless earbuds, there are many different brand out there nowadays that may make choosing one a challenge, particularly if you are looking for earbuds for s specific purpose, such as work, leisure, or for the gym, and not wanting to sacrifice sound quality and comfort. For the most part, these Soundcore earbuds have all the "bells and whistles" that the average person would find great, though there may be a thing or two that I would change if I could. Firstly, the quality "feel" of these earbuds is great. They are not too "heavy" and they do sit comfortably in my ears. It's also pretty nice that Soundcore provided many different earpiece fittings, so that you can find the most comfortable size for your ears. Also, setting up and pairing these earbuds is fairly simple, though it does require downloading a companion app. However, the app also allows a user to change touch settings for the earbuds, as well access some pre-set playlists. Additionally, the sound quality of these earbuds with the active noise cancellation is great and some of the best quality I've ever experienced for wireless earbuds. When using these earbuds leisurely and not doing any major physical activity, these earbuds are near perfect. I have tried them for work meetings, listening to music while traveling, or just casual phone calls, and they have never disconnected or had a drop in quality. However, when using these earbuds at the gym, I have found them to be a bit challenging to stay fit inside my ears, and they fall out periodically. Because of this, I do wish that these earbuds would fit a bit more snug in my ears. But I'll just have to avoid gym physical activities with heavy movements when using these, or go with another pair earbuds or headphones. Overall, these are great for sound and features. Though, for physical activities like gym use or for a workout with a lot of movement, they may or may not be the right earbuds, depending on the person. Not bad, Soundcore.
