Horrible audio on phone calls

Low Budget Quality Headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never heard of Anker headphones as I mostly purchase their battery banks and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to try these. Right off the bat, these headphones felt good in the ear. The wingtip design holds the buds in solidly even when I shook my head and bounced up and down. I used it for 3 intense workouts and they never felt as if they were going to fall out. I never got any ear fatigue or pain from wearing them even after lengthy 1 hour workouts. I really enjoyed how these headphones sounded. Since they were snug to the ear, ambient noise is blocked even without noise cancelation. The sound signatures that you can choose from in the app were game changing. Out of all the apps that I've used with an equalizer, the Anker Sound core app had the best integration and the best options for different sounds. I was impressed with the bass when it called for it and impressed with the vocals even when listening to a podcast. Everything was very clear and enjoyable. I even held an hour long phone conversation and the audio both to my ear and through the mic was audible and clear. The battery life is impressive. I never ran out of battery and that's because the charging case always had juice. The benefit of this case is that it has wireless charging. You can easily put it on your wireless charging pad every night and can enjoy hour long listening sessions with these headphones. Overall, for a budget pair of headphones, these are great quality with great sound performance and battery life.
