The Soundcore Life Note 3S true wireless earbuds sound great. I selected these for review primarily because of the suggestion of better call quality due to the dual noise cancelling mics on each earbud (for a total of 4 mics), but I anticipated that they would sound very good for their price for music and podcasts, as well (due to prior experience with Anker's audio products). I was not disappointed in the sound quality, at all - in particular, the call quality on the Life Note 3S is a definite step up from some other, more premium earbuds I have used recently. However, the design of the Life Note 3S just doesn't stay put in my ears. I almost ended up giving these a poor review as a result. However, my family had a small gathering this weekend where I was able to get several people to try them on, and of our group they fit fine for everyone except me and one other person. So, keeping in mind that earbud fit is an extremely personal choice, if these Life Note 3S earbuds fit you - they sound absolutely fantastic.

The Soundcore Life Note 3S wireless earbuds have great sound for a pair of budget-priced true wireless earbuds. I’ve tried many different types of earbuds, and always have had problems getting a good fit since my right ear canal is crooked. There are no ear tips included in the box. They don’t actually go into your ear canals, but rest in the outer part of your ear, so they fit pretty much anyone. The steams make it easy to position them in the ears compared to something like Galaxy bean-style buds. The Quick Start guide in the box that comes in the box is mostly pictures with minimal words in 10 different languages. The buds are very easy to pair to a phone, tablet or computer. Wireless charging is good. The buds themselves have some functionality by pressing on them for play, skip to the next song, and answering calls—but no volume control. I generally use a smart watch to control music volume anyway. The case is very compact, easy to put in a pocket or purse. I was eager to test them with Microsoft TEAMS on a laptop. They paired easily to a laptop. Initially they were extremely loud; lowering the volume on the laptop didn’t help. I had to take one bud out and just use a single bud. On the next call, I realized I could set the master volume for TEAMS before I joined the call; then the call volume was fine. The call quality was excellent, and people on the call said they couldn’t tell that I was on ear buds. I would not want to use them for exercise because they didn’t feel totally secure in my ears. There is no noise cancelling, I could hear sounds around me. For budget priced set of earbuds, I was very impressed with the music sound quality. These are definitely keepers!

Excellent blue tooth headphones. Simple straight forward connection without issue, quick setup. Fantastic sound with nice strong base and crisp clear highs. Battery life is superb, I go several uses between charges and they never die. Functional yet very compact charge case keeps them ready when you need them. Overall great headphones and would recommend to a friend.

The Anker Life Note 3S earbuds are trying to hit the sweet zone when it comes to value. I definitely think it is a good bang for buck earphones. In the box, it comes with the earbuds themselves, the charging case, and the USB-type C charging cable. The packaging itself is just what you would expect. The earbuds themselves have a simple design that follows the existing trend. I didn’t mind them. They are not particularly premium feeling or looking. It is all plastic. In terms of comfort, they feel good in the ears. I did not have any trouble with them falling out, but I did not do any strenuous activities. They are IPX5 waterproof so they can handle sweat. The sound quality was good. I have to say they were better than expected. Good mids and highs. Vocals sound clear. For those who want that bass, unfortunately, that is where these earbuds lack. Despite claiming 13.4 mm oversized drivers and BassUp technology, I did not think they lived up to that hype. I personally don’t care about the bass but I do know that it can be a dealbreaker for some. The call quality on these were excellent as well. I was very impressed with it. My phone is getting old so I have to use earbuds to listen and speak on calls. These performed very well. They isolate out background noise very well. The battery life is about 5 hours. I was getting about that. This is definitely on the shorter end. You do get 30 more hours from the case and just charging for around 10 minutes should give you close to an hour. I hardly have an occasion to listen for more than 5 hours so this wasn’t an issue for me. All in all, I like the Life Note 3S earbuds. They are definitely good quality for the money. The logo is definitely playing on a familiar brand but I guess whatever works. Otherwise, I think for those just looking for decent earbuds without spending an entire paycheck, these should be on your short list.

I love my audio books and these work great for when I walk. They are very comfortable, great fit. The sound is very good for what I use them for and battery life is excellent as well! Anker makes great products.

The Soundcore Life Note 3S earbuds are a decent set of headphones. Connectivity is simple and customization of the touch controls and sound are easily changed in the Soundcore app. The sound quality is a bit lacking for my tastes. Even with adjusting the equalizer in the app the sound still seems flat and muffled. Especially with “bass up” turned on. Definitely not a high end sound signature. The fit for me was terrible. The left ear kept falling out and with no silicone tips I guess I’m stuck with this particular fit. Your results may vary. Battery life was about 5-6 hours on one charge. You should be able to recharge the earbuds with the charging case a few times before having to plug it in which is nice. With so many options for earbuds these days, I can’t recommend these given my personal experience.

Quite disappointed with this product. Out the box the left headphone did not work. Had to return.

Comfortable, long battery life and excellent sound output. Great bass and treble. ANC is the best I have used even over the air units.

I really like these earbud, they have great sound, are compact and easy to take with me. my only downfall is that they are hard, there is nothing soft to keep them in place.

So comfortable that sometimes I forget I have them in my ears. Good range of sound. Easy to listen to other people without removing them. Mine do not last more than 2 hrs from fully charged. Acceptable for the price I paid.

So I'm very saddened to write this review b/c I was really looking forward to these earbuds and their more 'open air' design. The problem is they are just way too big and, hence, the literally fall out of my ears the second I try to put them in. There's literally no position or adjustment I can perform to make them stay in. And, I'm not talking about putting them in and shaking my head and then they fall out - I'm talking about putting them in and they literally just drop to the floor the second I take my fingers off them. It's very unfortunate really. Anker could have and should have designed these to either be adjustable or include some kind of attachment/wings in the box that would lock them into place in one's ears. Since I'm unable to wear/use these as intended, I don't think I can really review any other aspects of these headphones (ie, sound, ease of use, app quality, etc.). So, my suggestion to a potential buyer is to purchase these from somewhere that has a liberal return policy in case they don't fit you. And, my suggestion to Anker is to go back to the drawing board for the next iteration and shape them in such a way to prevent this issue for future customers.

Good value for the price. Good sound and quality. Battery life is good too.

The fit inside the ear is different than I am used to but the performance is what I expected.

I tried to save some money by purchasing these Anker Life Note 3S Earbuds True Wireless In-Ear Headphones, but I’m very disappointed. No matter how I twist these, they do not fit my ears. Phone calls are breaking up. Live and learn.
