Call quality sounded good (from indoors - not much background noise). The buds and case feel medium to high quality. I did find pressing on the side button put an almost uncomfortable amount of pressure on my ears because they seal so well, but I'm extra sensitive to that.

1. Use the default phone call and try another phone to see if it makes any difference.
2. Reset the earbuds by the following ways to see if the problem still persists.
--Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
--Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we would love to get you what you need! If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
2. Turn your Bluetooth device (such as a computer, phone, or tablet) on and off, clear all pairing records in your Bluetooth pairing history, and turn off the Bluetooth of the connected device.
3. Fully charge your earbuds and reset the earbuds, as per the steps below:
-- Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
-- Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
4. After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired.
Please wait for a few seconds to let the two earbuds pair together. This is a very important step.
5. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device again and pair.
