After I contacted them it was only about 3 days before the replacement was sent. Customer support was great.

I had previously purchased another brand on sale and had to return them because they didn't work. A salesperson helped me in choosing these. They work perfect and the charge lasts a long time.

Easily connects to my devices by taking out of case. Never had major issues to connect. The battery life is not special at around 4-5 hours until I have to recharge. It charges fast.
