However, I was not aware that they don't sync with my Samsung 21+ 5G. I got a long explanation from the company when questioned about alternatives to assist me. My decision, though I like the look and feel of these earphones, I bought them to hear my music while working. Exchange for a more phone compatible pair is my solution. (Plug-in earphones seem to be going the way of the computer CD slot. :( ) Read the outer packaging carefully!

Bluetooth is a pain - not worth it.

So we ended up returning them, otherwise, they are of great value.
