    Bought them for my wife. The sound was good but she could not keep them in her ears. I had to returned hem and got Apple Earbuds.

    They worked really good at first and then the more I use them the more static and interference I had. I should of spent the extra money and got AirPods.

    I have to reconnect every use. I have to go into settings, choose “forget this device”, then reconnect, EVERY SINGLE TIME!

    Unfortunate Purchase ...

    Within a month of the purchase, after the initial charge they worked great ... but when they needed a new charge, they would not charge at all with any type of charging base. I am now putting in a Warranty Claim on them. Not even sure if I will get the black ones that I purchased.

      -Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
      -Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
      -Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      -Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Make sure the charging case has enough power (at least two white indicators on the case). Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
      2. Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
      3. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      4. Try to reset the earbuds by the following steps:
      - Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
      - Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
      5. Please fully charge the earbuds and test the playtime again at an average volume - 60% volume.
      Please note that playtime varies according to volume level and audio content played on the headphones, so let us know about how loudly has music been played on this headphone and what audio content you played.

    Quit pairing with any device after only a months use. Also constantly fell out of my ear. I always thought having only one "multi-function" button is stupid and lazy way to make any product.

    I genuinely enjoy this manufacturer, o it took me by surprise the cheapness of this set of buds. The overall feel of them was a very plasticky. The sound quality was not much better.
